• Since I discovered the beautiful @centar.terra in Kikinda, I keep returning whenever I have an opportunity.
I’ve visited with students from @fpu_beograd, with dear members from @dinamika_keramika, taken part in @univerzitet.umetnosti Summer Art School – where I met so many wonderful people, and sometimes I come simply to enjoy this hidden gem.
It’s a place everyone should experience. •

📠 Sound on for slide 4! 📠

In the beginning of may my class @klasseinaweber and me did a trip to north uist, outer hebrides, scotland. During our sojourn on the island, we found ourselves inspired to artistically engage with the isolation, the rawness, and the breathtaking beauty of the land.

One mist-shrouded morning, I chanced upon a cow adorned with a haircut the likes of which I had never beheld on such a creature. This coiffure, remarkable in its form, mirrored my own rather distinctive hairstyle. The implication, though perhaps tinged with vanity, was undeniable – this cow had captivated my curiosity. Who was she, what was her name, and who had bestowed upon her this peculiar cut? Do cows even receive haircuts?

I conceived an audacious endeavor, an artistic project shrouded in secrecy, which I cannot fully disclose here. For when at last I returned with the carefully crafted elements of my creation, ready to engage with this enigmatic bovine just before the exhibition's opening – she was gone. Vanished as if swallowed by the earth itself. The gate lay ajar, yet no trace of her hoofprints remained. In a frenzy, I commenced my quest across the island, scoured by relentless wind, rain, and tempest. Enlisting the aid of the island's inhabitants, I sent out calls for her, but to no avail. The cow and I – our paths would never cross again.

have you seen this cow?

Throwback to the performance 'With Deepest Regards' at @documentafifteen together with @aline_schwoerer @nelly_chone @d_pivasevic_tenner @maue.salado @unknown_recipients at Hiroshima Ufer in Kassel.
.
'In the project „With Deepest Regards” (2022) clay was extracted from the soil on which the ZK/U stands. As one of the oldest cultural techniques, the extraction, processing and firing of clay has always been a community effort.

The objects formed and fired from the clay, which are created as a collective work, pose questions about the relationship between human and nature in today‘s society. Sometimes on a scientific level, sometimes on an emotional level, the works reflect on a world threatened by man-made climate change, the problems of which can only be solved collectively. At the same time, the works are also functional objects in the form of cups, plates and bowls that are available to the CitizenSHIP travellers for eating and drinking together during their 60-day journey.

The objects thus became an integral part of a ritualized gathering during the journey. On arrival in Kassel, the objects were presented to the visitors in the form of a laid table. After a performative gathering and collective dinner the works then have been buried in a time capsule as part of a participatory performance in the public space.'
.
Big thanks @jplvanesch, @zku.berlin & @udkberlin for the support! And big thanks to @documentafifteen for having us 🙏🏼 and a special thank you to everyone who took part in the performance #lumbung 💕

Great to be part of 'With deepest Regards' (2022) together with @unknown_recipients at @documentafifteen 💖🔥💞

Save the date 💫

@unknown_recipients collective
#performance 'With deepest Regards'
3.9.2022, 16.00-18.00Uhr
Ort: Hiroshima-Ufer (Karlsaue)

'The unknown_recipients collective invites you to eat together from ceramics created for the citizenship of lumbung member ZK/U – Center for Art and Urbanistics.
The unknown_recipients collective shaped ceramic objects for the citizenship from the soil of the ZK/U in Berlin. On the citizenship, the ceramics were used for eating and drinking. Now everybody is invited to eat together from the bowls one last time and then bury them in a time capsule for an unknown future. The time capsule, like the boat before, carries the bowls out of the earth of the ZK/U into an unknown future.'

Thanks to @zku.berlin @documentafifteen & @jplvanesch for this great opportunity 🙏🏼
