[Flashback Friday] 🔙🏀

Thinking back to this session with some of the coldest A1 talent in the Region. The lights were off, the gym was quiet, but the work? Loud. 🗣️🔥

I remember focusing on three specific details with [ @deanco1e @jalyn.moore23 @nelskiii ] that changed their game:

1️⃣ Footwork on passing off the dribble: Getting that inside foot planted earlier to create separation, not just dancing.

2️⃣ “Eyes Up” Dribbling: Demanding they hold their head up during high-intensity crossovers to read the defense, not the ball.

3️⃣ Finishing through Contact: Using cones pad simulate game-speed steps forcing them to finish on balance.

It’s never about just making shots; it’s about how you make them. It’s about the inches.
If you aren’t training with intention, you’re just sweating. 💡
