POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes you suddenly realize just how special the story you’re telling really is.

For an entire season, I had the privilege of being part of the Landstede Hammers team, camera in hand. I’ve experienced far too much up close to put into words here. The beautiful moments, the disappointments, the pain, the resilience. It all left a deep impression on me.

Last week, I got to share a first glimpse of the documentary about Gaëlle with a large audience. While the footage played on the big screens, I found myself watching the people in the room instead. It was very special to see the impact this story is already having.

I can’t wait to share more. But part of me doesn’t want this filmmaking journey to end just yet. Stay tuned..

DO THIS, AND YOUR SEASON WILL BE AVERAGE‼️❌🚫🤦🏾‍♂️

The season starts and most players stop lifting, stop eating right, stop taking supplements, and stop running.

That’s where the separation happens.

While others coast, you keep building. The difference shows up on the floor: turning the corner, clearing space and winning the extra possessions, because you’re the stronger body.

Get stronger before preseason. Stay stronger through it.
