5 ways to improve your sprint speed ⬇️

1. Sprint with max intent 2–3x/week
You have to actually sprint to get faster. Keep the reps short and focus on running as fast as possible.

2. Build strength
Stronger athletes can produce more force into the ground, which can help improve acceleration and sprint speed.

3. Improve your sprint mechanics
Better positions, shin angles, posture and arm action can help you apply force more efficiently.

4. Use resisted sprints
Sleds and other forms of resistance can help challenge your ability to produce force quickly while still using a sprinting movement.

5. Add jumps & plyos
Jumping and plyometric work can improve how quickly you recruit and use your muscles to produce force.

Getting faster isn’t about one magic drill. It’s about consistently training the qualities that actually contribute to speed. ⚡️

Sprints can be competitive. ⚡️

I always ran my fastest 60s when I was racing against someone.

Competition brings out that extra gear, the effort you don’t always find when you’re sprinting alone.

That’s why we race.

Not just to see who’s fastest, but to push everyone to run faster than they would on their own.

Train with intent. Compete with purpose. Get better.
