The Salon of Coincidence is a semi-regular in-house happening at 90mil, providing the a spicy mix of music, installation, performance, and surprises for an affordable suggested donation. The event is an opportunity for the community to showcase works across diverse disciplines and levels of development - running from 8pm - 4am and activating multiple spaces throughout the 90mil grounds.

"For the past few years, I have been directing a documentary titled 'In-between,' which captures how the practice of Contact Improvisation has evolved within the Indian community.
To bring this vision to life, the total budget for the documentary is ₹2,00,000. Thanks to the incredible support of my immediate circle and community friends, I have successfully raised an initial ₹80,000.

Another successful Sunday in the books.

A huge thank you to everyone who came through and shared the day with us. Every week this community reminds us why we started Broadway Movement in the first place. Seeing people from all walks of life come together, move together, learn from one another and genuinely connect is something we'll never take for granted.

A massive thank you to @bambubodies @ramin.simplybe @nelsonholtz for an amazing collaboration. It's been so nice watching our communities naturally come together. There's no forcing it, just good people, good energy and a shared love for movement, creativity and connection. It genuinely feels like we're building something really special together, and we can't wait to see where it goes.

A special thank you to @cloud.r.e.m for delivering such a thoughtful and inspiring workshop. It was amazing seeing everyone get involved, explore something new and leave with smiles on their faces.

A big thank you as well to @outdoorbrewing_uk and @gazacolauk for keeping everyone refreshed throughout the day. We really appreciate your continued support and for backing what we're building within the community.

We're incredibly proud of what this community is becoming, and we're even more excited for what's ahead. We can't wait to keep introducing new classes, new collaborations and new experiences, while continuing to grow alongside all of you.

We know we say thank you a lot, and we probably sound like a broken record, but it's because we genuinely mean it. None of this happens without the people who show up, volunteer, teach, support and belief in what we're building.

Hello divas,

@nelsonholtz & I have something exciting to share!

Most of you know us through circus, capoeira, or simply because we’re fabulous :)

Over the past couple of years we’ve been researching, experimenting and playing with movement together, drawing inspiration from contact improvisation, contemporary floorwork, soft acrobatics and martial arts.

We’re so excited to finally share our first workshop together!

Over two hours we’ll explore listening, shared weight, partner work, soft acrobatics, rhythm and improvisation. We’ll develop practical movement skills while discovering new ways of moving together.

After the workshop we’ll keep the space open for a one hour jam so we can continue dancing and integrating everything we’ve explored together.

Come in comfortable clothes and bring knee pads if you need.

Open to all levels.

Bring a friend, share this with someone who might enjoy it, and come dance with us. 💛

Bambubodies Physical Literacy Day Event 🎋

Come along for a day of movement inspired by capoeira, contact improv and partner acrobatics !

Over the course of the day we will look at how your body moves through multiple lenses, so we can relate to ourselves, one another and our environment with more vitality, empathy and discernment 🌿.

🚨 When: Aug 9th 2026 10.00 - 17.00 (We will have a short break for lunch around 1 so bring some snacks/lunch)

▪️Physical literacy, the essential patterns of movement and coordination needed as a foundation to build upon

▪️Principles of strength and mobility to prime the body for movement

▪️Capoeira inspired movement practices to develop our fluency and fluidity

▪️Partner and Contact improvisation to build trust, relationality attunement and somatic listening

▪️Principles of inversions and floreios aka soft acrobatics which has inspired so much of the movement field, we will show you the benefit of getting into this practice and how to playfully confront the fear of falling

seeing it not as failing but an opportunity to grow, create and flourish by creating pathways for feedback for your self practice

▪️We will be exploring and investigating our personal movement stories looking at our bodies history and how it shapes the way that we move through the world in our daily lives.

▪️There will be an open guided jam and time to explore, digest, and connect through the vocabulary you’ve learned

We're back for another Sunday of movement, creativity and community.

Over the past few weeks, Bambu Bodies have been spending more time in East London, and we're really happy we've finally found the right opportunity to bring our communities together. Hopefully this is the first of many collaborations.

THE FINAL PALACE
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 15ᴛʜ - 25ᴛʜ ᴀᴜɢᴜꜱᴛ

2026 marks 10 years since The Palace Collective began running residencies for emerging artists in dilapidated palaces in southern Poland. Our residencies are a labor of love, by and for emerging artists in the name of providing the tools, network and confidence to embark on life as a creative. 10 years on, we are no longer those emerging artists and we have new and different challenges around how to build sustainable lives in this world. With this shift, The Palace Residency - a volunteer project that relies on the free labor of many - no longer feels aligned or sustainable. Arriving at the 10th year anniversary, it feels fitting that we should close this decade of creation to make way for a new one.

As an offering to all those who have made it happen over the years, we will host a final palace - stripped back, co-created and inspired by the last 10 years of The Palace. The aim is to close the circle and give past residents and team the opportunity to be together in creativity and community and reflect on the last decade and what the future holds.

This residency will only be open to past residents and team, with a total of 150 places. Production team or residents who have attended twice or more will be prioritised first. Invitation emails went out last month but many seem to not have received them - so if you are a past resident or team member and would like to attend but have not received any information please get in touch.

Rediscover what your body already knows - through play, partnership, and practice.

Join us for a full day of movement exploration using the interdisciplinary Bambubodies approach. Less of a focus on perfecting particular exercises but about reconnecting with the joy of moving, learning to listen to your body, and finding flow with others.

What We’ll Explore

• Attunement & deep listening - Priming your body to connect more fully with yourself and those around you

• Conditioning for movement - Building strength, mobility, and coordination that builds awareness in the body

• Partner play - Weight-sharing, playful games, and physical exploration with others

• Skill acquisition - A safe, supported introduction to capoeira/ contact improvisation/ partnered acrobatics/inversions

• Your movement story

Who Is This For?

Anyone curious about movement. Some movement experience is helpful, but no pre-requisites needed. The day will focus on developing our movement capabilities through playful explorative enquiries

This day explores skills like inversions, extensions and falling patterns. It’s a way of seeing movement as an addition to what you already know.
