POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Kentucky Bourbon stage shots are here!

I'm beyond thankful for the health, support, and resources to be able to share this weekend with people that love me doing something that I love. It's always a good time when we're fortunate enough to do and have that.

End result wasn't ideal this weekend, but we got one tidbit of corrective feedback which was just to eat more coming into show. Tan wasn't mentioned, but I was not happy with that personally.

Other feedback consisted of both judges I got to speak to complimenting my posing and presentation, which is big win for me because I decided to do my own posting this season.
In addition to that, one of them told me I had the best conditioning which I always take pride in.

I'm walking away with my lowest career placing since the start of my bodybuilding journey in 2017 (other than maybe my very first show which isn't documented and I didn't understand the sport enough to know what was going on at the time. I assume I got dead last in that one.)
The great part about that is literally no one cares but me because we all have real lives and 30 seconds attention spans.

It be like that sometimes and we're on to the next.

I'm thankful for the opportunity always.
Thanks for the love and the messages for updates and all the support going into this week 💚

A moment for the blue suit 💙

Jessie at @ravishsandscompetitionbikinis helped me create the perfect suit for my first show of the season.

I told her I wanted a deep, dark value of blue stones, but I was considering a black base. I wanted to wear Mikey's favorite color, but also always really wanted a black suit despite thinking it wouldn't be the most flattering color choice on me.
When I mentioned it, she never skipped a beat. (She never does, she's amazing.) She gave her feedback and jumped into it.

She made me the perfect suit for Upstate down to the colors and the connectors and fit like she always does.
Jessie gets to know her clients and their preferences so every suit is a dream suit. I'm so thankful for her and to be one of her athletes!

What color should we do next?

2022-2026
Same show. Same me.
Different stage weight. Different body.

We went from a fasted weight of 113.4 in 2022 to 124.4 a couple weeks ago and I would argue it was one of, if not the best of, my showings to date.

Time, patience, and work, a lot of each, went into growth I didn't know I was capable of.
Little by little.
Day by day.
