@NEONIKA in the arts district is filled with interactive rooms, colorful light installations, mirrors + photo ops everywhere.

my favorites were the giant ball pit you can literally dive into, the room filled with oversized teddy bears, and the changing light installations throughout the space.

such a fun spot for a date, friends, or just cute content 📸

We spent way longer here than planned — it’s the kind of place where you sit down “for a minute” and suddenly an hour’s gone. Go on a weeknight if you want the rooms to yourselves.

This past week has been an absolute dream! 🥹❤️

We took a road trip from LA to San Francisco along the beautiful California coast, stopping in Santa Barbara, Solvang, San Simeon, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and so many incredible places along the way. 🌊

But what made this trip truly special was having my parents with me. I’ve been living in the US for over 11 years, and this is only their second visit, and their first in five years! I’ve been waiting for this for SO long. ❤️

One of my favorite parts was taking them down memory lane in the Bay Area - showing them the motel where I stayed when I first came to the US, the old Thud Rumble studio where I studied scratching with DJ Qbert, and walking the same streets where my American journey began. Such a full-circle moment! 🥹

From my parents watching my first-ever singing bowl performance in LA to exploring the coast, enjoying amazing seafood in SF, and making countless memories together… my heart is so full.

And the adventure isn’t over yet! Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks are next! 🌲✨

Couldn’t be happier or more grateful for these moments. ❤️

My inner child was living her best life 🤭💖🌈 Had so much fun at NEONIKA exploring 7 interactive neon worlds! Between the giant pink room, the ball pit, and all the cute photo spots, my camera roll is officially full 📸✨

Plus, they had a beautiful painting of Armenia at the end, which was so special to see as an Armenian 🇦🇲🥹❤️
