Your own private retreat in Bay Point and a home you’ll never want to leave.🏡 Your backyard? A brand-new 2024 saltwater pool with fountains and a sun shelf, surrounded by lush landscaping and a beautiful paver patio. Afternoons made for poolside lounging. Evenings made for gathering under the stars.⭐️ Inside, 23-foot ceilings and walls of impact-rated glass make a grand first impression. The kitchen was made for people who love to cook, host and stay awhile.👩🏼‍🍳 Two dishwashers. Two cooking surfaces. A dedicated ice maker. Wine refrigerator. Pot filler. Instant hot water. Because entertaining here is serious business. 🍷 The first-floor primary suite feels like your own private escape, complete with dual walk-in closets, soaking tub, steam shower and even a personal wine refrigerator. Need a night in? One guest suite comes complete with a projector screen and surround sound for movie nights without ever leaving home. 🎬 And then there’s Bay Point. Golf cart paths. The Nicklaus Golf Course. Point South Marina. Bar 72. Water everywhere you turn. Everything you need for the ultimate coastal lifestyle is right inside the gates. Come for the home. Stay for the lifestyle. And prepare to never want to leave. 🌴 📍191 Marlin Circle Bay Point | Panama City Beach, FL Offered for $799,000 Listing link: https://www.flexmls.com/share/EX5rR/191-Marlin-Circle,-Panama-City-Beach,-FL-32408 Carly Sostheim Sostheim Group | Corcoran Reverie 📲850.814.4560

Most charity golf tournaments are leaving thousands of dollars on the table… The good news? It doesn’t have to be that way. At GameChanger Events, we help nonprofits raise more money while making the tournament more fun for every golfer. From hole-in-one contests and golf cannons to auctions, player packages, tournament merchandise, and more—we customize every event to maximize fundraising. Every event is different, and every cause deserves a strategy that helps it raise as much as possible. Planning a charity golf tournament in 2026 or 2027? Send me a DM or visit the link in my bio—I’d love to help you raise more for your cause. ⛳❤️ 🤝 Collab: @gamechanger_golf 🎥: @marantacopyco 👗: @forethegirls_golf #charitygolf #golftournament #tournamentplanning #fundraisingideas #gamechangerevents

Sometimes the best nights aren’t planned. Got the chance to sit in with The Kevin Heidi Project at Neons Bar 72, and it was an absolute blast. There’s something special about jumping into a set with talented musicians, feeding off the energy of a live crowd, and just enjoying the moment. Grateful for the invitation, the music, and the reminder that you should always say “yes” to opportunities like these. Looking forward to the next one! 🎸🎤🍻 #LiveMusic #NeonsBar72 #pcbmusic #30AMusic
