Turning 35 feels like the slate being wiped clean, but I get to start again with every skill and tool I’ve picked up along with way. I’m so grateful for this wild, wicked life I live. Grateful for discernment and heartbreak, friendship and dedication. I’m proud of my achievements and have learned tremendous lessons. So today, I celebrate. Tomorrow, the work continues!

Planning the creative extension of the music has been a real treat. I’ve been obsessed with @jeremypantoja’s style for years and it feels like a full circle to have a true collaboration under our belt after all this time! The original image the graphic is based on was shot by my work wife, @neonvelvetstudio as part of the world building I want to do for my vision of a final girl and I still am so blown away by these shots—more on that to come! Shout out to @doitnowtshirts for the insanely thorough service!!

As I hit another deadlift PR tonight, I reflect:

This is what 200lbs looks like. This is the heaviest I have ever been, but not the largest and it's definitely the strongest. This might not be my "dream" body, but I do appreciate it and I probably wouldn't be able to lift the weight I do without it.

I will not stand for skinny culture, but I will stand for strong women culture.

I highly recommend getting professional photos taken of yourself and it doesn't have to be boudoir, just see yourself through someone else's lens and I promise you, you won't regret it. This goes for men and women. There will never be the perfect time and one day you will wish you had photos of your younger self.
