Y2.Kairo is becoming NeoSync Media: RELAY the alternative signal inside the NeoSync Media network.

RELAY is where the frequency gets a little darker, deeper and more left-field: UK garage, jungle, house, electronic and alternative music, moving from the Y2K era into what’s happening now.

The name changed, but the foundation didn’t. The same curiosity, global perspective, DJ culture and underground-to-mainstream connections that shaped Y2.Kairo are still here now with a clearer place inside the larger NeoSync system.

Different frequency. Same transmission.

🎧 NEOSYNC MEDIA AUDIO ARCHIVE — @iamnobodi

How much does it cost to keep becoming who you’re meant to be?

Mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Today’s transmission is “The Cost of Continuing” by Grammy-nominated, German-Nigerian producer IAMNOBODI. Featured on his 2026 album *The Aftermath Principle*, this instrumental record blends soul, R&B, hip-hop, jazz, and electronic production into something that feels heavy and hopeful at the same time.

There are no verses telling you what to feel. The music leaves enough space for you to bring your own story.

Maybe continuing cost you your comfort.

Maybe it cost you certain relationships.

Maybe it required you to heal, start over, or become someone you had never met before.

Whatever it cost, you’re still here.

I’m not an artist by any means. I was just a young woman trying to make sense of something that didn’t make sense. Sometimes a paintbrush says what words can’t.

I painted this in 2023.

At the time, I don’t know if I fully realized what I was putting on the canvas, but looking back, this painting feels like a conversation between who I was and who I became.

Before cancer, I never thought about my ovaries, my hormones, or whether I would have the choice to have more children one day. Those things just existed. They were part of me. Then suddenly, survival required sacrifice.

The same body that gave me Adaia and Saleem became the body I had to fight. The same organs that were supposed to sustain life had to be removed to save mine.

There are moments when I mourn that. Not because I’m ungrateful to be here, but because two things can be true at the same time: I can celebrate surviving breast cancer and still grieve what it took from me.

When I look at this painting now, I see loss, resilience, anger, healing, and acceptance all in the same place. I see a woman learning how to love a body that carries scars, stories, and sacrifices.

Most of all, I see proof that even in my darkest season, I was still creating something beautiful.
