Hey y’all I won best in show at Hatsume Fair today despite cosplaying from a game that’s not even translated into English and I doubt 99% of the people there had even heard of it. I’m completely self taught and made my setsubun outfit in a tiny studio room in East Hampton, NY, had to have half my stuff shipped to me because the closest Jo-ann’s was an hour away on Long Island (thanks @kirin_wishes_cosplay for being my Joann’s savior 🙏), the other half came from 3 hour long bus rides to New York City. After all the tears, burn scars, pin pricks, and whining of ‘why didn’t I just buy this damn outfit’- it was worth it 😭✨ thank you Hatsume Fair, my friends, and family for being there for me today and throughout my cosplaying journey 💕

Finally, my “I miss the con” post. We met so many amazing people and had so much fun. I can’t wait for the next one! 💕

✨🎶This is serious
We can make you delirious
You should have a healthy fear of us
Cause too much of us is dangerous
So dangerous we dangerous🎶✨

I felt like those Busta Rhymes lyrics were quite accurate for when my oddballs crew is together 💅 which makes me hype for holmat this year where we can hopefully have a reunion 😭🙏 I'm just excited for upcoming cons in general to have ✨good times✨ with ✨good friends✨since I'm deprived here while living far from home for work. I'm ready to go home!! But I'm also stressed preparing for colossal east!! It's too soon and I'm not ready, but I am ready to party 👌

👏 Ok 👏 but 👏👏👏 Cosmic Crown extended their sale an extra day 👏👏👏 the Setter Boy Swag shirt I'm wearing in this pic with Kuroo-san is my fave piece from @cosmiccrown (other than those glorious Aoba Josai shorts that I absolutely need to take pics in ASAP 😩) but y'all can use the coupon "CSMICCRWN2K16" for 20% off until tomorrow night!! They're also doing a giveaway on both Instagram and Facebook that's ending soon too, so It Is Time to jump on the chance for some quality merch 👌👌👌
