September 2026 - Alex wanted to celebrate his birthday with us #dungeonsanddragons buds, but being his group’s #dungeonmaster it would have been just another ordinary game for him. So I volunteered to DM a one-shot so he could roll up a character and play with his friends.

It was my first time, I don’t know how well I did. I thought 3 rounds in a fight-to-the-death arena would just take a couple hours, but I severely overestimated this group of 13-year-olds. We only got through the first round, but they said they had a good time and want to finish my campaign which made me feel pretty great. Alex said I had to wear the crown if I was going to DM, and warned me that Ben’s character, The Borax, cousin of The Lorax, was going to try to use his beard to turn enemies into cheese. Evan’s character, Jello-boy the Third came up with some very silly actions, but I tried to “yes-and” as much as I could and stay patient and positive.

Alex had a blast, and I’m happy he rolled a #crit to defeat their last enemy to win the night!

Mega-kudos to @dantelfer , @mrchristallman , and @blainecapatch for making DM work look easy over at @nerdpoker (I realize they put a lot of work into it). I had fun but I don’t know if I’m creative enough! Still, practice, practice, practice . . .

And thanks to the beautiful @bethpribs for helping out and taking pictures!

We found a few more of these adorable guys left over - and once they are gone, they're gone!

Get ready for a boss fight because Brian Posehn has teamed up with Youtooz for their plush debut! Sitting with his legs kicked forward at 9 inches tall, he's dressed for battle wearing a brown sleeveless ragged shirt with matching pants and sandals. With a structured beard and orange eyes shinning through black rimmed glasses, a dragon bone helmet sits atop his head and wraps down around his neck with one wing outstretched to the right. This plush is packed to the seams with 100% PP cotton and is made of the softest minky material with accents of felt, perfect for cuddling or fighting with!

Available now only at:

Birthday 2026

The kids got @bethpribs to agree to play #dungeonsanddragons5e as my birthday present. Alex was our #dungeonmaster and worked on our campaign for a week. Though Bug and I have some experience, it was still slow-going, but Alex did a great job and we had a lot of fun! Finally got to bust out my #dice #dicetower and @nerdpoker #dicemat

Beth played as a paladin that may or may not have been in a relationship with @pascalispunk . Bug’s halfling druid was deadly with a shotgun and had something to do with Buc-ees. And my tiefling rouge’s name is a reference to @roosterteeth Red vs. Blue who may have had better success had I not rolled like crap.

Had a lot of fun! And what an adorable wizard!

Another season 1 @nerdpoker build in @heroforgeminis, this time it’s Twee the elf bard as played by @blainecapatch. He’s got his lute, his acid wand, and the charred remains of some…person..he fireball’d (spoilers for season 2!).

I’m really enjoying doing these. Disclaimer for this one, most specifically the pose and the hat, is heavily based on some fan art I saw online, and I’m definitely going to be looking for more fan art for inspiration of my future builds.

If I ever dm a game I’m definitely gonna have these guys as npcs or mini bosses or something..

Another @heroforgeminis of a @nerdpoker season 1 character I’ve been messing around with.. Tom Doretto, the teefling flail-snail racer. He’s all about family, and he trying to find out what happened to his beloved.. Netty.

Obviously modeled on a character who lives a Fast and Furious life, and voiced to perfection by @unclegoopy, I had to make sure he looked like his inspiration so jeans and a sleeveless shirt were a must.

He’s also got his magic dueling sword, gloves of +1 deception, his portal staff of the crooked star (spoilers for season 2!) and a cape that I forgot what it does cuz he never really used it.

He sets out to find out what happened to the love of his life and promises to do anything to save her.. and boy does that get tested.

I’m having too much fun playing around on hero forge, and if I ever get a chance to run a campaign I’m gonna have to get these guys made as NPC’s
