HIIT the evening class instead 😬😜😉😂 because my parents went to coach @jayy.kelley ‘s Monday morning class @the.hilltopathletics , had a healthy breakfast, and stoped at the chiropractor @fidel_chiropractic @dr.antoine.wright_dc on their way back home after working out and getting adjusted on Friday and working out on Saturday morning! 🥹❤️🫶🏽 Gotta thank this amazing group of angels who m, by the grace of God, are helping my parents @its_mercyt910 and I to get and stay healthy and STRONG 💪🏽 - workout #56 of 2025!!! - #makingmygoalscometofrewition #accountablenowbecauseitsonsocialmedia

Latergram! Last week I started a new job! 🎉 Between my new role, I took three weeks off to rest. Which…in my case meant doing a lot of things that made me happy - hiring an exec director for one of my favorite non-profits, drafting testimony for legislative session, LONG Env Justice State Council meetings, decorating my new home office, too much thrifting, and organizing the 2nd Annual Youth Infrastructure Fair for @nsbepropdx 💫
.
Another great event done - so proud of how this event has grown and grateful for the support from our planning committee / fabulous sponsors. I love helping spread awareness of the essential infrastructure work that goes into making a city thrive. It means even more that so many amazing industry volunteers felt the same way 💜
