Nerys began using the Pom Performance app in September, before starting her 1–2–1 online coaching programme in January — and the results have been outstanding.

After already experiencing noticeable improvements in strength (particularly while rebuilding post-injury), she made the decision to take her training to the next level in preparation for Worlds.

Throughout her 1–2–1 coaching, we’ve focused on:
• Weekly check-ins to track progress and performance
• Personalised training programmes tailored to her specific skills
• Structured nutritional guidance to support her goals

The progression has been clear to see — particularly in her jumps and turns, where her strength, control, and execution have significantly improved.

She is now heading into Worlds feeling stronger, more prepared, and more confident than ever.

She’s SMASHING IT ✨ and I’m so proud of her!

If you’re interested in elevating your performance through 1–2–1 coaching, feel free to get in touch via direct message!! 🫶🏻

Thankful for 2025 and everything it brought into my life. I’m truly proud of the progress I made and the achievements that came from hard work, patience, and consistency. None of it would’ve been possible without the never ending support and encouragement from the people around me.

Heading into 2026 feeling thankful, motivated, and ready to keep growing and leveling up.🩰
