Solstice just passed so i’m gonna catch up on sharing my amazing incredible bountiful summer, starting with mine & @neshathehuman’s BIRTHDAY WEEKEND EXTRAVAGANZA 🥰 Our beautiful wonderful group of friends helped us celebrate by setting up an insane campsite vibe, cooking incredible family dinners, and most importantly reminding us how loved we are! This was genuinely the best birthday i’ve ever had and I am so so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful souls & to share a birthday with queen Nesha 🌞

Portland, Osmosis, Bay Area friends. Family. I am not only refilled, but I have grown new *capacities* for love. Deepening and expanding. Since moving to Aotearoa, I have been lucky enough to forge beautiful relationships with my queer family in Koromiko and beyond. But, somehow, I’ve also felt a strengthening in my American connections. When I think of my friends there, I tear up. Gratitude and an overwhelming sense of joy that I have such incredible people in my life, and *still* in my life despite being a world away. They will always be in my heart. This trip has shown me that, while it’s work to maintain this love, there is no better way to spend my energy. I am making up my own rules. I can and will find balance. And I promise to always come back to the states to reconnect and dance and give you deep, nourishing love. Love you bbs and see you next time I come to get my cup filled 💙
