When I was 16 years old, I fell in love with @thekatvond on Miami Ink. I knew I wanted to become a #tattooartist after just one episode. When I was 17, my fellow #APart student friend @dominik.cichowski.tattoo got an #apprenticeship. He told me about how his mentor took apart his #coilmachine and hid the parts all over the shop for him to put back together. I went to @ringlingcollege, graduated with a BFA in Illustration, began working in PR, marketing, interior design, sales… all sorts of jobs to pay the bills and ignore my big scary dream of becoming a tattoo artist. Today was a big moment for me, because I never forgot Dominik’s stories, and I never forgot my dream. Glad @ness813 simply reversed some pieces and didn’t have me doing an Easter egg hunt😅 I am a proud #tattooapprentice @tampatattooco 🖤🖋️✨🧌👻
