After 10 incredible years at General Mills…

…I’ve decided to stay for year 11. 😏

Today marks 10 years since I walked through the doors as a new college grad with no idea where the journey would lead.

Over the last decade I’ve been challenged, promoted, humbled, trusted, stretched, and surrounded by people who’ve shaped the way I think, lead, and solve problems. The work has never just been about cereal or snacks—it has been about learning how great teams tackle hard problems TOGETHER.

I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, even more grateful for the people I’ve had the chance to work alongside, and excited for what this next chapter holds.

Looking through these photos, one thing is clear: the biggest transformation wasn’t the promotions or the titles—it was the person I became along the way.

Last week I was surrounded by people who have colored the last decade of my life in ways I’ll never forget. Looking around that room reminded me how lucky I’ve been with the people who’ve found their way into my life.
