If you, like me, have felt the extremities of emotions that I have over nearly the past three years and need to hear the soothing voice of someone who understands it all, this book is for you.

I have been listening to the insightful words and reflections of Gemma Roe, AKA Mrs Roundhouse @mrs_roundhouse , felt soothed and comforted during this chaos.

— Buying a book written by someone I love to listen to, therefore, was a no-brainier.

This is the book that gives clarity and direction in the chaos, in this mad mad world we are living in. The level of evil we have witnessed, leads us to one conclusion only:

We must be part of the solution.

We must be active participants and ‘be the change’ we wish to see.

I found myself quite often smiling while reading, as I felt reaffirmed, reassured and validated about my thought processes and the parralel journey I have been on over the past few years.

This book is everything about how we can create an anti-Capitalist, empathy-building and nurturing society and world, which we so desperately need (more than many of us even realise).

It is healing and encouraging - as though you are being spoken to by your most caring best friend who wants to support you on your journey, and help you find yourself through the inhumane and cruel world.

It’s very much about coming home. They say home is where the heart is, it’s where our deepest passions lie.

Palestine brought me home and this book will help you find your home too.

What’s even more meaningful and special is that all the royalties go to the lovely Nessreen @nessreen83_store from Gaza who is Gemma’s friend!

Read this book to give your soul the comfort it needs, and to help you to keep going.

Because we are in it for the long haul, and each one of us has an important role to play - this book will help you discover yours.

“In human history there has never been a time where millions of Western people have had to face their past and traverse their present in such a raw and emotionally-depleting way. And yet - there has never been a better time to be alive.” Gemma Roe

Thank you Gemma for your beautiful words and reflections.

Like many families in Gaza, Nessreen and her five children are at the mercy of strangers. @nessreen83_store writes of her mental state as a mother in Gaza:

"There is nothing here anymore. I am confused and frustrated, and I feel disappointed and helpless in the face of my children’s simple requests. I cannot access my bank account and besides all my savings are gone.

We lost our dearest loved ones, we lost our homes, what else is left? I was very hesitant about making this link, but fear for my children has compelled me.

Forgive us, we did our utmost. Our efforts have all failed. Please do not blame us, but the pain is becoming unbearable. We need help."

Grazie 🙏🏻♥️
