T H 🌊 I used to pour a glass of wine just to take the edge off. It helped… for a little while. But it also made me check out of the moments that really mattered. Now, I do things differently. A little something helps me slow down without escaping. My husband and I actually have real conversations (about our goals, our faith, our future) instead of zoning out in front of the TV. It’s wild how much more present I feel when my mind finally quiets. I’m not running from life anymore… I’m showing up for it. Fully & honestly. Oh yeah, and im sleeping well. like really really well 😉 So… how open-minded are you really? #SelfCareMama #MomLifeUnfiltered #MindfulMotherhood #PlantMedicine #HolisticHealing #WellnessJourney #NaturalWellness #MomLifeBalance #ConsciousParenting #MindfulParenting #HealingJourney #IntentionalLiving #NaturalHealing #SelfCareForMoms #WellnessCommunity #HolisticHealth #PlantBasedLiving #HerbalRemedies #MindfulnessPractice #PeacefulParenting #SpiritualAwakening #MomLifeRealness #EmpoweredMoms #HealingMoms #MomsOfInstagram
