She does this every day, together with her team, in Ravensmaed, South Africa. Itโ€™s her way of building resilience. Of offering safety to the children and youth in her community. Of creating joy where thereโ€™s often struggle. In her workshop โ€” as part of our collaboration โ€” she let us experience this first-hand. How movement can create connection.
