As a woman and a mother, I take environmental toxins seriously.

Microplastics are no longer just something found in the ocean. They’re being detected in our water, food, and even human tissues. And while we can’t completely avoid them, we can be intentional about supporting our bodies in a world that is becoming increasingly toxic.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve been so fascinated by molecular hydrogen research.

This new study suggests hydrogen-rich water may help support cellular resilience and reduce some of the damage associated with microplastic exposure.

And while the science continues to evolve, one thing I’ve learned over the years is this:

⚡️ Not all hydrogen devices are created equal.

Many products on the market don’t produce therapeutic concentrations of molecular hydrogen, which is why I’ve always chosen to align with and educate around the technologies and experts I trust most.

Because when it comes to my health—and my children’s health—I don’t believe in shortcuts.

I believe in education.
I believe in quality.
And I believe in staying curious as the science unfolds.

Are you taking the microplastic conversation seriously?

I’d love to know what changes you’ve made in your home to reduce toxic burden.

If you’re curious about molecular hydrogen, need support finding the right technology, or simply want to understand the science, my inbox is always open.

And stay tuned.

We’re only beginning to understand the potential of hydrogen therapy, and I’m excited to continue sharing the research as it emerges.

✨About Last Wednesday✨

There are moments in life where something hits you with enough force to rearrange your perspective.

One of those moments was during our workshop Wednesday with Dr. Rewire when we dove into the concept of DNA Rewriting and Neuro Flexibility.

It’s easy to get lost in the noise of everyday life, forgetting that our nervous system has its own ‘tone’—a frequency that dictates whether we show up as reactive (subjective) or proactive (visionary).

Here is one of the powerful realizations I’m sitting with from this day:

The Blueprint is Internal

You cannot separate the mind from the body. It’s impossible. They work in tandem, not as separate entities.

To change the external, you must first create a new, internal blueprint.

We often try to ‘fix’ the external circumstances before we’ve updated the foundational identity that attracted them.

Your nervous system regulates your entire belief system. This was a paradigm-shifting reminder that our thoughts aren’t abstract; they are biologically rooted. It’s science.

Change the blueprint for your future whatever that may be.

We got this!

Currently reflecting on something dreamy about this last week and a couple of the dreams come true. We couldn’t be more grateful - we’ve had a week that allows your vision to expand so that when you look out at this world and it’s splendour, knowing you can do more, your thoughts start to go from “how do I make it there?” and instead, land on “all this, for me?” 🍇 Thank you, Luminaire 💛

What a juicy, fruitful and sweet week it was 🍉

"Think of yourself as dead. You have lived your life. Now, take what's left and live it properly"
Marcus Aurelius.

Incredible souls from all around the world, met in a Palace known as 'The Estate of Joy' in the magical Sintra, Portugal 🏰.

We felt the frequency.
We were drawn to @lumivitae_official.
We loved the benefits of therapeutic H2 water...
AND we could all feel it was more than just selling product.

What was revealed over the last week has changed me forever. Conversations I could never have imagined having. Dots joining that were visions as a child. Something unlocking & sobbing for hours without judgement. Heart exploding with so much shared connection and a huge mission for humanity with some of the most brilliant minds of our time. It was a true gift.

We're about to bring vitality, coherence, mitochondrial health, nervous system regulation, consciousness, longevity & living in alignment to a whole other level, something the world has never seen before. The product is the vehicle, the mission is about YOU & humanity as a whole.

I no longer want women to feel terrified, frozen, awkward, embarrassed, or like they have to hide in order to feel safe in their body & world.

✨Your dreams are for the taking and if I offered you a path & a community, would you take it?

Join me, or cheer for me but either way it's happening.

To quote @robsperry "Die with memories not dreams".

If you're ready to start working towards your dreams, message me 'DREAMS' as now might be the time to learn something new.

In this video, I’m raising my hands—and it feels new! I haven’t been able to do this for 1 year and 3 months because of a frozen shoulder.
I tried many approaches to get better, but here are the ones that made the biggest difference for me:

1. Magnets therapy (first stage) – The first stage of frozen shoulder is really painful; some people can’t sleep at night. I didn’t want to rely on painkillers long-term, so I tried magnets therapy, which I learned from Shira, These small magnets stick to the painful area, and the relief is almost immediate—faster than a pill. Quadrapolar magnets create a fluctuating magnetic field that calms irritated nerve cells, reducing pain within minutes and providing lasting relief the longer they are applied.

2. Cupping (second stage) – This draws fresh blood, energy, and circulation to the surface, helping release stagnation and ease tension in the joint. Thanks Shira

3. Yoga – Movement is crucial. Yoga increases circulation and energy flow to the joint, loosens stiffness, reduces tension, and supports the body’s natural healing.

4. Breathing – helped me release tension, relax my body, and calm my mind.

5. Physiotherapy – The exercises from my physiotherapist helped me improve my range of motion within 2 months, about six months into the recovery.

6. Hydrogen water (after one year) – Once I saw some improvement but wasn’t fully healed, I started drinking hydrogen water from LumiVitae . I noticed fast improvements, and now my range of motion is almost back—about 95%! Actually, it is the smallest molecule in the entire universe! And it easily enters the cells hydrogen is anti-inflammatory and helps the body heal, the cells regenerate, and energy to return.
That was a long journey ( could have been longer) and I think if I had known about hydrogen water earlier, my recovery might have been faster. But it is what it is—and now I can finally raise my hand! do normal downward dog, stand on head and many other postures that I’ve missed. Thank you to all the friends who supported me along the way. Thanks Neta.
