POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Comece a costurar.

What if a piece of clothing could become an experience? 🎶🧵

At Gramoframe, Maria Costurando o Mundo created the Singing Dress: a dress made from 1970s clothing, where people could sing a song and take a piece home.

More than an installation, it became an exchange of stories, memories and possibilities.

Stop clicking. Start sewing. 🎥

👗✨ **THE SINGING DRESS**
by **Maria Callou / Maria Costurando o Mundo**
GramoFrame Music Video Awards 2026

Fashion can tell stories.
Clothing can carry memory.
A dress can become a stage, a symbol, a world.

**The Singing Dress** is an interactive sustainable fashion experience by costume designer and fashion designer **Maria Callou**, bringing together upcycling, costume design, music videos, performance, and visual storytelling.

At GramoFrame 2026, artists and attendees will be invited to interact with the monumental dress, step inside the installation, create photos and short-form content, and experience fashion as part of the music video language.

This activation explores how artists, stylists, filmmakers, and content creators can use secondhand clothing, existing garments, and creative styling to build powerful visual worlds with less waste and more meaning.

Because sustainability is not only about what we save.

It is also about what we transform.

🎬✨ **BEHIND THE FRAME: STORYTELLING IN MUSIC VIDEOS**
GramoFrame Music Video Awards 2026

A music video is more than beautiful images.

It can become a character.
A memory.
A symbol.
A performance.
A message.
A cinematic world built around a song.

**Behind the Frame: Storytelling in Music Videos** is a GramoFrame talk about how artists and filmmakers transform sound into visual stories — using emotion, narrative, performance, fashion, location, editing, rhythm, and cinematic language.

This conversation will explore how music videos can make a song unforgettable, even with limited budgets, when the idea is strong and the story is clear.

Main topics include storytelling, visual concepts, the artist as a character, symbols and meaning, editing, emotion, and practical advice for artists and filmmakers.
