They say if you don’t run, you cheer—and being on the other side of the fence this weekend was pure magic. Watching friends and runners from all over the world leave it all on the pavement was the exact boost of energy my heart and soul needed. Berlin energy never disappoints and always feels like home. Heart is full, and I can’t wait to be back out there running these streets! This sport is just so f*ckin beautiful 💙✨ @getmomentum.pro 📸 @paul.hermannn

(un)conscious. A collab with @network__network & @hoka_eu Film by @hanna0h Photography by @diana.elsnr Featuring @emma_luz_nefertari @neoseefried @iamdeliciab @hannahbuechner The film gives a voice to the individual thoughts that happen while running and contrasts them with the physical process that every runner experiences in a similar way: “heart beats, signals fire, muscles respond, breath stabilizes“ Both happens inside of us: the unconscious processes and our loud, deliberate thoughts. And we need to find harmony within ourselfs. I hope you can feel that and it makes you think of your sentence, that keeps you running. ~ Han #hokarunning

Hoka - Mirrors ‘Running isn’t the escape. It’s the reflection of where I actually am. Since I got clean in 2019, running has been part of my recovery. It’s the mirror. And mirrors can be brutal. When I’m not in a good headspace, depleting my body sends everything darker. This film isn’t about the physical strain of running. It’s about everything around it. The fear, the surrender, the dissociation, and the laughter that comes from surviving it all. Running has given me a lot. Running has also taken from me. Both are true. That balancing act is the film. I hope you see something of yourself in it. Not running necessarily. Whatever it is that saves you and costs you at the same time.’ Chris Leete Brand @hoka Agency @network__network @annarassa @danielmarinmedina Written & Directed @chrisleete DOP @jonaskolahdoozan Music Composition & Sound Mix @michael.saltsman Grading @matthias.color Talent @marienadjahaller Editor @chrisleete Studio @unfoldstudioberlin Filmlab @andecfilm @no.agency @sec.studio @sec.color Shot on @kodak_shootfilm 250D 16mm Vision 3

Just two mamas with one shared passion for running, and a big dream: let’s make a documentary about this crazy journey. And after a few months of dreaming, a lot of late night calls, and some lucky timing, these are a few of the shots from our short documentary premiere 🥹😍✨ 📸: @camiruizlora

Chasing bunnies, loosing socks, ample snacking: just a few of the things that happen when you run with a buggy. The other things? Deep talk, deep connection, deep joy. We - Emily and Lisa - started running together as mothers with our buggies, after years of being very involved and active in the Berlin running scene, training hard and racing harder. A lot of our identities were tied to being a runner, but then our babies arrived. We made a short film, “Soft Hours: Where Motherhood and Running Collide”, with Nailya, to answer the questions what does running postpartum look and feel like when you’re not a professional athlete or full-time fitness professional. Team: Conception and storytelling: Lisa Woelken and Emily Hoffschmidt-McDonnell Directors: Nailya Bikmurzina, Lisa Woelken and Emily Hoffschmidt-McDonnell Producer, Videographer and Editor: Nailya Bikmurzina This film was made with support from Network Network and funds from Hoka. It is also avaliable on YouTube.
