Meet Noel Foy!
Some of the best connections happen when two people bond over something they both love. For Noel Foy (@neuronoel) and me, that something was children's books! 📚

Noel was introduced to me while I was launching my King's Day Out book series. We became fast friends, sharing a common goal: empowering children. We were both part of the Ella's Way author collective, a beautiful community of writers spreading kindness, inclusion, and awareness one story at a time.

Noel is a neuroeducational consultant who helps kids stress less, think more clearly, and perform better. Through her workshops, one-on-one coaching, and award-winning books like ABC Worry Free and Are You a Bird Like Me?, she gives families and educators real, practical tools to reduce anxiety and unlock potential.
She is brilliant, kind, and one of those rare, genuine souls you feel lucky to know. 💛

People You Need To Know is an initiative I started in 2025! I'm grateful to have met some truly inspiring people over the years, and now it's time to shout them out!
