💛Happy Galentine’s Day!💛 Before I left the States, I bought a luxury swimsuit from my bestie Stephanie, the visionary and fashion designer behind the illustrious luxury resort-wear brand @yetluxxe and author of the book “The Alchemy of Fashion: A Creative Journal to Design, Sew, and Elevate Your Craft.” I was grateful to be able to support her with my purchase the way she has supported me and others. Every time I call her, she tells me how she naturally supported someone during her week. Her superpower is empathetic listening, and because her Scorpio energy makes her an expert at navigating the darkness, it’s no surprise that people find her to be an ear to hear and a place to land. But BAYBEE! Let me tell you about this Solstice swimsuit! This is the best quality swimsuit I’ve EVER had! The stitching is impeccable, the fabric is thick and will not fall apart when washed, the fit was flawless, and I loved that both pieces are reversible. Most of all, I loved how CONFIDENT I felt in it. I was literally the Sun! Now, she knew I was taking photos in the swimsuit, but she didn’t know I’d be doing THE MOST on social media! SURPRISE! Y’all know this is not even the type of content I create, but for a bestie like her, I’d do anything. I’ve seen her grind, so now, it’s time for HER to SHINE! Support my bestie by liking her business pages on FB & IG @yetluxxe and visit her website yetluxxe.com to buy some of her latest releases. She JUST moved into her own fashion studio in downtown Kansas City, MO area, so if you need alterations, hemming, or tailored items, she can also help with that! Hit her up! Love you, Bestie! ❤️ 🎶If you say you love me, then put me in 🗣️YET LUXXE! 📣🎶 🎥: @ksantosphoto and me Swimsuit: @yetluxxe Beauty: The Creator #whenmallorylives #yetluxxe #galentinesday #love #creative

Last week, I had the privilege of witnessing the first-ever cinematic fashion show, “Where Fashion Meets Film,” featuring @yetluxxe and @lamal_mack_studios . This unique and inspiring event, hosted by the @charlottestreetfoundation , was truly exceptional. The show showcased beautiful models, stunning designs, and captivating music. While also featuring amazing dance performances, storytelling, and breathtaking views of Kansas City. I left the event thoroughly impressed and inspired. Thank you, @neuroticcreates , for inviting me! 🙌🏽🙏🏽🫶🏽 . . . #kansascityvibes #kcmodel #plussizemodel #kcfashion #kcfashionblogger #bodypositive #explorepage #vibes #modellife #kc #selflove #motivation #fashionaddict #aviathagreat #blackgirlmagic #plussizefashion #glow #hair #shinebright #kansascitymodel #fashionblogger #fashion #fashionlover #style #styleblogger #stylish #KansasCityFun #kccontentcreator #contentcreator #explorekansascity

I surprised my BESTIE at her solo fashion show debut! I told her I wasn’t going to make it and snuck up on her, and her face of surprise was worth it! Steph and I have been friends since college. Almost my WHOLE adult life, we’ve been with each other. We got closer as the years went by, and we REALLY got close when we realized the core of our life journeys mirror each other and we have a past karmic link. Our journeys of BECOMING are literally aligned. It’s like The Most High knew we needed each other to move through life together. I’m grateful I was able to make it. The show was breathtaking. The collision of visions of all artists involved was nothing like I’ve ever seen. The project is BIGGER than the room it inhabited. This should be international! I can’t wait for everyone to see it when they make it public. #whenmallorylives #becoming #yetluxxe #fashion #fashionshow #besties #love

Flashback Friday: Last weekend, I had the complete honor of celebrating my bestie Steph as she debuted some new pieces from her Fall Yet Luxxe line in a fashion show in Lawrence! The fashion show flow was set up in a way that models walked the runway on two levels. So dope! I just LOVE the atmosphere of fashion shows, but most of all, I LOVE watching Stephanie shine in her element! These pieces are a few out of a larger collection to be debuted on October 30th at Charlotte Street Foundation in Kansas City, MO at 7:30PM. It’s free! #whenmallorylives #fashion #fashionstyle #fashionshowready

I give deepest honor and gratitude to Mother Earth, Father Sun, and all the elements that held us so tenderly and lovingly during our healing purification journey at Black Girl Camping 2.0. From start to finish, this experience was pure magic: ✨ Healing conversations on the road to and from our campsite ✨ Angel numbers appearing everywhere as divine confirmation ✨ Pitching tents with ease and building our fire to watch it blaze ✨ Dancing and singing by the river, our bodies flowing with the current ✨ Twerk lessons, line dancing, and endless laughter around the fire ✨ Deep, safe, judgment-free conversations cradled in love ✨ Floating four miles down the river, learning to surrender and be supported ✨ Meditating, napping, and even breaking our fast with our feet in the water ✨ Visiting the waterfall to release, offer rose petals, and dance in our freedom ✨ Holding hands while belting the Waiting to Exhale soundtrack (“Count on Me” hit different 🥹) ✨ Ending with affirmations, love, and gratitude for one another This was one of the most spiritual, heart-opening experiences of my life. I’m overflowing with gratitude for the love, joy, peace, and sisterhood shared with these beautiful women. Can’t wait for Black Girl Camping 3.0! #BlackGirlCamping #HealingRetreat #NatureHeals #SpiritualJourney #CampingVibes #OutdoorHealing #RiverMeditation #SoulTribe #SacredSisterhood #BlackWomenHealing #MotherEarthMagic #WaterHealing #SunEnergy #NatureLovers #SelfCareRetreat #BlackGirlJoy #CampingTripVibes #GroundingPractice #HolisticHealing #SpiritualExperiences #WaitingToExhaleVibes

This Weekend Is Brought to You By the Letter S — Part II The first part of Sunday was truly a Soul Sunday. My Soul Sisters and I set out on a Sisterhood Hike to honor the First Mother of All—Mother Earth. We wandered through the Sanctuary, listening to the water Stream through the land, observing plants, touching trees, and speaking to the Sacred Stillness all around us. We deepened our Sisterly Bonds, shared sacred space, and remembered how much healing takes place when we return to Source—to Soil, to Sky, to Silence. Afterward, we grabbed some Smoothie Bowls and shared more stories about life, love, and growth. My body is definitely Sore from completing 5.69km of hiking—but it hurts SO good. That’s the kind of Soreness that reminds you that you showed up for your body, your spirit, and your journey. Today was a reminder that it’s in Nature where we witness the most Beautiful Chaos. When I first started running trails, my attention was always on the people around me—never on the Surroundings. But when I began to trust my Surroundings and tune in to the Scenery, I noticed something: Fallen trees. Uneven patches. Overgrown vines. Cut branches. Cracked bark. So much perceived imperfection. And yet… all of it working together. What looked like chaos was actually an ecosystem—Symbiotic, Synchronized, and Sacred. Vines created bridges for squirrels. Insects and animals made homes in broken bark. New life grew from fallen trees. Every part of the mess was being used. Being transformed. Just like in life. Our Seasons of Struggle may feel chaotic and painful, but they are fertile ground for growth. If we can shift our Sight toward gratitude in the midst of it all, we begin to recognize the Sacred Lessons hidden in the chaos. The chaos.
The cracks.
The sacred mess.
It’s all part of the Story.
And for that—I’m grateful. Happy Full Flower Moon in Scorpio, y’all! #SoulSunday
