Happy National Coaches Day to the people that have created so many amazing opportunities for us to play the sport that we love! We appreciate everything you guys have taught us to be the best athletes we can be, and to achieve anything we put our minds to.

Here’s to you, coaches! Enjoy any praise you get today!! Everyone help us by thanking our coaches 🎊🏐

(Not all coaches are pictures but all coaches are definitely appreicated)

The final progression of Coach Dave’s Curtain Drill - add a coach entering in balls and allow the players to hit out of it without a team on the other side. This continues to reinforce player’s reaction time and allows it to be a bit more controlled with a coach tossing.

Thanks @davewoolsteenphotography for an awesome drill 😎💪🏻🔥#s3vb#jvasponsorclub#beachvb#clubsport

The part 2 you’ve all been waiting for…. The 3 second delay portion of Coach @davewoolsteenphotography Curtain drill.

Do you think you’d be able to get every ball up in this drill? 🤔

Coach Dave’s famous Curtain Drill 👀

This drill is all about sharpening reaction speed, quick decision-making, and being ready for anything.

Watch Part 1 today, and stay tuned for the second progression next week… plus a few bloopers along the way 🤭

At S3, we’re so thankful for our coaches who are constantly thinking outside the box and finding creative ways to help our athletes improve every aspect of their game. 💪

Thank you, @rallyvolleyball, for all of the incredible memories over the years.

From banquets and tournaments to practices and training sessions, this place has been the backdrop for so many special moments. I’ve been fortunate to coach, train, compete, and simply cheer on my athletes here, and every visit meant something.

Rally wasn’t just a beach volleyball complex—it was a community that invested in athletes and worked tirelessly to grow the sport of beach volleyball. Thank you for everything you’ve done for so many players, coaches, and families.

You’ll be missed, but the impact you’ve made will last for years to come. 🏐❤️

Another Cali work trip in the books with this awesome club and coaching staff. So proud of all our girls this season on and off the court. Beach volleyball is an incredible personal growth sport but has grown into not just individually driven but team driven. Win or lose, our team represented well. As the game changes, we adapt. So excited for next season and what comes next :)

POV: all your friends are getting married, you are still ok at volleyball, you have a real adult job (with zero picture proof), and you have an obsession with Michael Jackson…
