🔥 Season of Fire + SLOW BURN R&B =Therapy🥹🙏🏽

Not every fire has to rage. Some fires burn slow. ❤️‍🔥

This Monday, we’re slowing it down with an R&B-inspired Buti flow designed to help you sink into the movement, reconnect with your body, and build heat from the inside out.

This is movement. This is release. This is THERAPY. 🙌🏽

Expect a slower pace, deep movement, good R&B, and all the Buti energy you love. Perfect for beginners, returning babes, or anybody who just needs an hour to get out of their head and back into their body.

🔥 Slow Burn R&B
Monday | 6:30 PM
Portal Louisville
$10

Bring your yoga mat, water, towel, and YOURSELF. We’ll take care of the rest. ❤️‍🔥

Come as you are. Move how you need. Let it burn. ❤️‍🔥

Your Uniqueness

There’s a uniqueness only you can bring to and through seasons of life. That’s something I’m finding to be more true as life goes on. We’re all just responding to life the only way we know how… our way. With all our unique perspectives, processes, and solutions shaped by the experiences we’ve had.

So learn from others. Grow through the value of different perspectives. And when it’s time to show up and face the challenges of life, don’t lose yourself in the noise. Be true to you.

Reassured by my heart, who is my guide 🌜
Life flows and shifts, yet I stay grounded in patience, discipline, consistency.
When I thrive, we thrive.
Sipping on watermelon, coconuts, ginger juice.
Plants as medicine. Bodies in motion. Elegance in every breath.
When you love me, you love yourself.
When you love yourself, you love God herself.🌛
