⭐️2025 End of Year Reflection ⭐️
This year has been an incredibly tough year for me with knee dislocations, meaning I’ve lost 3 months of dance training. I’ve now been told I need knee surgery next year.

I’m back dancing with a knee brace, but I’m not going to lie, it’s impacted my confidence. Everytime I dance I’m scared it dislocates again. With each dance I feel braver and I’m working on strengthen the rest of my body.

Looking back on this year I’ve missed so many things that still sadden me. The biggest ones were, missing my summer show, not being able to performing with @nkh_performingarts at group qualifiers, not dancing in my last intermediate solo competition and not being able to perform our duet with my dance twinny @nevaeh_lee_dance in the championship. 😢

It’s tough seeing things that I’ve missed whilst also feeling incredibly proud of all my dance friends but I have to remind myself of some incredible achievements I’ve still manage on my own. Successfully auditing for @tstrainingacademies, becoming an ambassador for @robertdavid.photo and finally managing to get my right leg split (after 6 years). 🤩

Next year there’s hopefully some great opportunities for me but it’s not going to be easy. With the support of my Dance family and my own family, I can hopefully get through it.

So proud to be back in classes this last month, ending the year with this amazing choreography from @jess_cheshire24 on Thursday.

@nkh_performingarts love you all 🫶❤️
