🌿🥾TRAIL BROTHERS 🥾🌿
-
Beautiful day at Walyunga National Park! Rain, roos, and real connection. 🌧️🦘 Today’s Resonate Meet was all about showing up—no matter the weather. We hiked, shared wisdom, practiced breathwork, and made space for genuine connection out in nature. Grateful for the brothers who came through, embraced the wild, and walked away with new mates and fresh perspectives. 👑

YESTERDAYS VIBE TRIBE 🕺💦🌅
5 years ago when the @cold_nips movement arose, we couldn’t have imagined there’d be 400 of you legends plunging into the winter 🥶 ocean, all sharing the same values, connecting genuinely and being courageous enough to face the discomfort 🩵💦

The word COMMUNITY gets used a lot these days… and it’s beautiful to see the value in being surrounded by others who vibe similar vibes being sought after~ if we’ve learnt anything from this journey of dipping every Wednesday for 258 weeks in a row, it’s that THESE EARLY MORNINGS ARE GOOD FOR US! To share an experience, to chase the discomfort, to feel connected, to be in nature with less attachment to technology & embrace a whole lot of JOY!

HAPPY WEEKEND LIFE CHASERS!
See some of you legends tonight 🧘🏽‍♀️🎥🍿🎶
