A few things we’re simply not doing anymore. ✌🏼

Higher standards, bigger lives, ridiculous adventures, strong friendships, scary goals, and choosing ourselves over and over again.

Because losing something that wasn’t meant for you isn’t losing. Sometimes it’s the beginning of getting your whole fucking life back.

So whatever you’re leaving behind, leave it there. We have places to go. 🖤

If my story inspires one other person, then the plot twist was worth it ✨ Turns out the name Never Look Back means a little more to me now than it did when I started it.

A few weeks ago, my life looked very different. I was engaged. I had a wedding planned. I thought I knew exactly what the next chapter was going to look like.

And then I learned some things that made one thing very clear: I will never negotiate for respect.

So the engagement ended.

And while I definitely didn't have this chapter on my 2026 bingo card, I'm starting to realize it might become one of my favorites. Because I get to choose what happens next.

I'm building a company. I'm training for the London Marathon. I'm traveling. I'm surrounding myself with incredible people. I'm having fun. I'm creating a life that feels completely, unapologetically mine.

Forward is the only way. 🖤

There’s something about running the roads that knew an older version of you.

Same streets. Same hills. Same turns. But not the same woman.

I ran these roads before I knew where life would take me. Before some of the wins, before some of the heartbreak. Before becoming the version of myself I am now.

And somehow, coming back didn’t feel like going backwards.

It felt like a reminder: You can return to old places without returning to old versions of yourself.

Keep running. Keep becoming. Forward is the only way. 🖤
