We spent an evening with @raleighwomeninmarketing talking about the work that doesn’t. Here’s what stood out from our Spooky Good Marketing panel at @raleighworkup: 🦇 Authenticity is the strategy. People don’t connect with perfect. They connect with honest, specific, and a little bit brave. Keep it real, be you. 🦇 The work that rises above the noise is rooted in culture and made for real people, not the feed. Be authentic and it will show. 🦇 Creative risk pays off when you trust the idea and the people behind it. Even the swings that miss teach you something polish never will. Take that leap. 🦇 Social is still a people business. Behind every great campaign is a human who knows the community and makes the judgment calls. 🦇 AI is a tool, not the voice. Use it to move faster and think bigger, with clear guardrails around brand voice, visuals, and anything that needs a human touch. So grateful to share the stage with @caitybarnes, @melissa_coloton, and @daniellesells.nc, with our incredible moderators.
