This is literally the top of my list when it comes to Russian restaurant recommendations for Montreal! Their pilmeni and khachapuri are usually my go to orders so make sure you try those. They are also always having theme nights and live DJs so check out their IG for more info.

Honestly, we wanted to check out this spot because the vibes looked good from the outside. Upon further research we were intrigued to find it was Russian/Georgian-inspired. We love a new experience so we booked it right away!

The Summary:
🍲 The food was delicious
💁‍♀️ Our server was fantastic
💰 Everything was very reasonably priced
✨ The ambiance was cozy and eclectic
🤰 We also left feeling full which is sometimes an issue with cutesy restos in Montreal!
🍮 SPECIAL MENTION - you gotta try the ‘Medovik’ dessert (honey & condensed milk layered cake) - we ate it before we had a chance to take a picture, oops
🍹 This was our first stop before a night of drinking so we didn’t get multiple cocktails but ALL of the options looked incredible

Would recommend for:
1. A first date spot
Especially if you’ve never tried Easter-European cuisine- could be a fun discovery situation 

2. The first stop for girls’ night (or the last) Those cheese boats would definitely hit the spot after a few drinks 

3. A memorable birthday dinner with family 
P.S -  We’re definitely coming back here to catch the live jazz show!
