Come restore this homestead with us. 🫶🏼

Every family has that one place that holds its story.

For me, it's the ole house "cross river."

To most people, it's just an old building.
To us, it's nearly a century of Antle family history.

Nineteen family members once called this place home.

No electricity.
No indoor plumbing.
Water from a hand-pumped well.
Heat from a wood stove.
Light from oil lamps.

This was off-grid long before it was cool.

For the past 24 years, ever since my Pop, Cyril Antle, passed away, I've dreamed of bringing this place back to life.

Now, that journey begins.

It won't happen overnight. We currently live in southwestern Ontario, so every board, every repair, and every milestone will happen one trip at a time (until the wife says, ok, we can move home 👀😉🤣).

Regardless, this place deserves another chance.

If you'd like to follow the restoration, we'd be honoured to have you along. Every follow, share, comment, and YouTube subscription helps us keep this dream alive.

If you or your business would like to become part of preserving our family's history, we'd love to hear from you. Partnership and sponsorship opportunities are available as we document every step of the journey.

Who knows... maybe the amazing folks at @new_found_builders @randyspracklin @paul.earle_ @nikkispracklin @rock.solid.builds @homenetworkca and @hgtv might want to help us write the next chapter. 👀❤️🙏🤷‍♂️

Welcome to the Antle Family Homestead.

Sneak peek..

These beautiful countertops were expertly crafted and installed by @aprmarble last weekend.

Working with the APR team, from selecting the slabs, deciding the layout of the veining, fabrication, shipping and installation was a breeze and seamless.

Best part; the whole process took only 3 weeks!

Cabin kitchen and the guest cottage kitchen built by the talented and hard working team @new_found_builders are now ready for finishing touches!

In the market for a kitchen refresh or taking on a whole new kitchen; don’t hesitate to make contact with this team.

Appreciation post for @aprmarble

Templated my two kitchens and washroom at the cottage project on October 10th and today; they are leaving the shop and will arrive next week!!

Awesome selection, customer service, quality of work and can we just add that’s it’s been only 10 days. 🙂

See you next week for the install; the cabinets cannot wait to receive they crowning glory.
