Happy birthday to me! The day started with rain, a canceled yoga class, no Starbucks birthday drink, and a business argument… but the sun came out, we took the day off, and golfing in a fundraiser ⛈️⛅️☀️🌈 #thisis44

Why we test before the season starts Today we had the privilege of testing Lanse Creuse Central’s football team. We looked at three key assessments: mid thigh pull (measures max strength/force output), counter movement jump (measures explosive power, reactive strength, and side to side differences), and 40 yard dash (measures velocity/acceleration). These three numbers together give us a baseline “snapshot” of each athlete’s strength, power, and speed profile before fatigue and contact start stacking up. From here, we can re-test throughout the season to see who’s trending up, who’s dropping off, and who might be at higher injury risk — before it becomes a problem. This is what separates guessing from actually managing an athlete’s workload. Thank you to NewWay Works for sponsoring the testing day and making this day possible @newayworks #SportsScience #AthleteMonitoring #ForceTesting #InjuryPrevention #performance

Great businesses don't grow in isolation—they grow through relationships. 📊 Last week, the People Driven Credit Union team had the opportunity to attend the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce Networking Luncheon, where we connected with an incredible group of business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who are shaping the future of Southeast Michigan. Every conversation was a reminder that collaboration fuels innovation, strengthens local businesses, and creates lasting community impact. At People Driven Credit Union, we're committed to being more than a financial institution—we're a partner invested in the success of the businesses we serve. Whether you need business checking, cash management solutions, commercial lending, or a team that truly understands your goals, we're here to help your business thrive. Thank you to the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce for hosting another outstanding event. We appreciate the opportunity to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and continue investing in the success of our local business community. We'd love to hear about it in the comments! #PeopleDrivenCreditUnion #BusinessBanking #Networking #CommunityPartnerships #SoutheastMichiganChamber #MichiganBusiness #SupportLocalBusiness #peopledriven #supportlocalbusiness
