Post-match pint at The Master Gunner, a pub that's long been on mine and @connorccg's hit list but has fallen between Llandaf and Whitchurch drinking!

A couple of Saturdays ago, we embarked on a slightly unhinged pub crawl and it gave me a renewed appreciation for the housing estate pub. I constantly crave old fashioned pubs with fires and old wood and stone but the ones with loads of glass, red brick, Carling and general madness are just fucking brilliant aren't they.

Post-match selfies! First with @sdcroatiaberlin captain, Amirreza Ohadi. Second with manager Ayhan Bilek and their physio/kit man, I'm really sorry, I can't remember! Or I've blanked it out as he was giving me shit for supporting Liverpool. Third with the club branded pint pots they gave us! Great afternoon, great bunch of lads.

When you finish a 10k (or half marathon or 25k) in Germany, there are no water bottles to be found. Luckily, they gave a beer vouchers and a ruthlessly efficient bar. At 11am.

Beware, a lot of group selfies incoming. The pre-race, Airbnb selfie, when we were carefree and confident. Before a man stopped 3 guys in Welsh shirts and race numbers and asked if we were lost. We said we weren't and we were on our way to a race. He said 'Oh, you all looked sad'.

Our Airbnb was something to behold. A giant record, a pharaoh, giant concrete posts, bifold bathroom doors with the biggest hinges I've ever seen, posters, stickers, general madness. Loved it.

Wales 3-1 Kazakhstan Always a good day out in Cardiff on matchday. Weird game though. They were a lot better than I expected but we got the job done comfortably when we stepped up the pace and the press second half. #wales #kazakhstan #cymru #cardiff #worldcup #worldcupqualifiers #cardiffcitystadium #football

Wales 0-0 Turkey One of the most promising 0-0 draws I've seen and a good start to the Bellamy era. #Wales #cardiff #football #craigbellamy #nationsleague #turkey
