💐Happy International Women’s Day💐

Today we celebrate the incredible power of women — a true force of nature. Women who nurture families, carry and grow life within themselves, fight fiercely for their children, and stand beside their partners with strength and love.

To every woman and mother: never forget how amazing you are. Your care, resilience, and compassion shape the world in ways beyond measure.

Let today also be a reminder to practice self-love and self-care. Be kind to yourself. Honor all that you do, every single day. Never let anyone diminish your worth, hurt your spirit, or make you forget how powerful you truly are.

🌹Because we are amazing.
🌹We are power.
🌹We are light.

✨And never forget: There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish. ✨

With appreciation and admiration,
Your Dr P

A beautiful day of learning, movement, and connection hosted by @f_ourmamas and @thenottinghillclub ✨

Thank you to @f_ourmamas co-founders Morgane and Olivia for bringing this wonderful community of mothers together, and to all the fantastic experts who joined us for the first Motherhood Retreat.

We began the morning with a thoughtful session led by @themindfulsleepcoach, followed by an insightful talk about feeding the family from @luneandwild and @newbornandbeyond - all while the little ones were lovingly cared for by the wonderful sitters at @peaceandriotuk

After a nourishing lunch curated by @themamamenu , the afternoon continued with an inspiring Matrescence workshop hosted by Amanda Thompson and Clare Richmond, bringing honesty and depth to the emotional shifts of early motherhood.

We ended the day with a postnatal yoga session, offering mothers a space to breathe, reconnect, and unwind.

We look forward to welcoming you back next year for more moments of learning, movement, and connection! ✨

Things that have REALLY helped me through out my pregnancy ❤️

1. The pregnancy, birth and beyond book by @the_modern_midwife I started reading this as soon as I found out I was pregnant and I learnt so much! Hiiighly recommend.

2. ‘Is it normal’ podcast with @jessieware - honestly have listened to this the whole way through my pregnancy and I am still re-listening to loads of the relevant episodes. It really puts your mind at ease week on week when your questioning symptoms and what the hell is going on!

3. My @artahhealth pre-natal supplements. These Enhanced Fertility have been my go-to through out pregnancy and are suitable for post-partum too so will continue taking them!

4. I had an amazing pregnancy MOT with @the_mummy_mot which I HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is pregnant and wants to check if everything is ok. We discussed my pelvic girdle pain, looked at my pelvic floor, general alignment and my carpel tunnel and was then given a range of exercises & plan to improve eveything. I am definitely going to go back after birth for a Mummy MOT aswell!

5. We did the private first aid course with a few friends with @newbornandbeyond and it was so insightful and really helped us feel more prepared.

6. A birthing ball, to prepare for labour and for general comfort. I literally use it all the time. I just got mine on Amazon.

7. Breathwork for birth session with @breathworkwithpascale This was such a great session , we learnt so much about the power of breathing through labour and birth and different techniques to help. Felt a lot more confident after this.

8. Comfy maternity wear is a must, but I feel like loads of them don’t actually look that great. @renuethelabel is both comfortable and stylish ✨

9. I have loved the flexibility of doing online Pilates throughout, especially when my pelvic girdle pain was becoming too much of an issue, doing specific classes online made me feel more at ease. @pilatesbybel has amazing pre-natal workouts I’ve been doing throughout.

10. My @spanx elasticsted black trousers. Literally haven’t taken them off. I sized up to a 14 and am still wearing them. Link in my FEB highlights.
