Training season’s over… but the learning never stops. 🤍

10 years as a PICU nurse, becoming an IBCLC, and having 3 babies of my own. Every experience has shaped the way I care for moms and babies today.

I’m so grateful for the incredible providers, SLPs, OTs, doulas, fellow lactation consultants, local business owners, and fellow moms who have welcomed me, shared their knowledge, opened doors, and given me opportunities to grow.

What started as a passion has turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, build community, and support families along the way. 🥹✨

I had the hardest time picking my favorite 20 photos… and I already know I’ll be sharing more because just WOW.

To see something that lived in my head for months come to life like this… and then be captured so beautifully?

It’s hard to put into words. Babies in Bloom was never just meant to be an event. It was meant to feel like walking into a space where support already exists 🫶🏾

Where you don’t have to search for answers, you don’t feel alone, and where the right people are already in the room.

I’m so incredibly grateful for everyone who showed up, supported, collaborated, and made this what it was.

And to @katiecassinphotography ... you captured this so perfectly.

Thank you for giving me something I’ll be able to look back on and feel all over again 🤍

This conversation meant more than I expected 🤍

Not just about postpartum…but about the parts of motherhood we don’t talk about enough.

The identity shifts.
The anxiety.
The “who am I now?”

And how much we need spaces where moms feel seen and supported.

Thank you @ashlithemamacoach for allowing me to moderate your second annual Babies in Bloom event 💕 You did such a great job!

This is just the beginning. 🤍

I’ve been trying to find the words for this… and honestly, I’m still processing it all.

The past few months stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. There were a lot of moments where I felt overwhelmed, unsure, and just really tired.

But being in that room yesterday shifted something.

🌸 Seeing strangers connect.
🌸 Watching conversations happen naturally.
🌸 Hearing feedback in real time about how supported it felt.

That’s what I wanted this to be.

Not just another event… but a space where you could walk in and actually feel like you’re not doing this alone 🥹

There was so much intention behind every part of it.. from how you were welcomed at the door by @lightsongirls to the way providers showed up and really took the time to teach, demonstrate, and meet people where they are.

I’m really grateful for that 🫶🏾

Grateful for @motherhoodvillagecoralsprings for opening their space and being the kind of village every family needs.

So grateful for the pediatric practices who couldn’t physically be there, but supported this event in such thoughtful ways: @rise.shinepediatrics for the light bites, @allegrafamilypediatrics for the goodie bags, and @bluebirdkidshealth for our programs and signage 🤍

🫶🏾 Grateful for every provider who poured so much into this.
🫶🏾 Grateful for the experts who shared their knowledge and guided real conversations.
🫶🏾 Grateful for the doulas who created such a grounding, empowering experience.
🫶🏾 Grateful fo @_wallora.co_ and our BEAUTIFUL balloon arch, decor and flowers for each mom 🥺

💐 And grateful for every woman, the partners and little ones who came with them... who allowed themselves to be part of it.

This is exactly the kind of community I’ve always hoped to be part of building here in South Florida.

If you were there, I’d love to know… what was your favorite part? 👇🏾👇🏾
