Back in August, we came together for Unity Day with one goal — supporting the next generation. ⚡️ For me, it was a full-circle moment. Years ago, I played youth football for Unity Thunder, and this time I returned through my nonprofit, Be Prolific Inc., to give back to the same community that once poured into me. In partnership with New Direction Foundation, we prepared 100 backpacks filled with school supplies 🎒 to support youth and families throughout the Silver Spring community. Our remaining supplies will support schools in Jamaica 🇯🇲 still recovering from Hurricane Melissa last year. Strong Minds. Strong Bodies. Strong Futures. 🌳 #UnityDay #BeProlific #CommunityImpact #YouthDevelopment #Jamaica

This is what TRIBE 🐺 stands for. We had an amazing opportunity to volunteer at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy in Southeast DC, and this one was special. While the TRIBE Residential team, specifically Shaunta, held down our vendor booth, talking with families about homeownership, real estate investing, and the opportunities available to build wealth through real estate, I was able to step away from the booth and actually volunteer with the kids and be part of the event. And honestly, that’s exactly how I want us showing up in our community. Yes, we’re here to sell real estate. Yes, we’re here to grow a business. But TRIBE has to mean more than transactions. It means educating our community about opportunities they may not know exist. It means creating relationships and being present in the neighborhoods we serve. And sometimes it simply means rolling up your sleeves, spending time with the next generation, and doing something that has absolutely nothing to do with closing a deal. We got to give back in both ways. Education AND service. That’s the type of company we’re building. That’s the type of impact I want us to have. And that’s what TRIBE is all about. ❤️ #TribeResidential #WashingtonDC #SoutheastDC #Community #washingtonnationals

Two weeks ago, @newdirectionco and @bepro1ific partnered with the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy to launch the fall season of YBA Play, introducing a new element — a backpack & school supply giveaway + local vendor market that brought extra energy and impact to the day. Together we: 🎒 Equipped students with essential school supplies 🤝 Connected families with local vendors and resources 💙 Created a day filled with joy, encouragement, and community spirit This impact wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible volunteers, vendors, partners, and planning committee who brought the vision to life. 📸 Relive the highlights: [link in bio] This is the power of collaboration — when we come together with a shared purpose, we build opportunity, memories, and stronger communities. #YBAPlay #BeProlific #NewDirectionFoundation #CommunityImpact #YouthEmpowerment #Nats4Good
