Nearly 150 yogis and supporters came together today for our MHA!

Our hearts are so full following the MHA Yogathon - a day of movement, mindfulness, connection and HOPE. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Every person who rolled out a yoga mat, volunteered, donated or simply showed up helped make today something truly special.

A HUGE thank you to our incredible partners, Power Yoga Buffalo and Vibe Yoga Lab, who continue to pour their hearts into making this event possible!! We truly couldn't do it without you!!

We are incredibly honored to welcome Caili Danieu as one of our special guests at the MHA Yogathon Presented by @neweracapfoundation on October 17th! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Caili recently joined our Executive Director Melinda DuBois and Kelsey Anderson on Buffalo Brief for @news4buffalo to share her powerful story and the importance of suicide prevention.

As someone who has openly shared her personal struggles with mental health and surviving a suicide attempt, Caili is using her voice to remind others that there is hope, there is help and no one should have to struggle alone. 💚

Her courage to speak so openly about some of life's darkest moments is exactly why events like our Yogathon matter 💯

We're coming together not just to raise critical funds for mental health resources across Western New York, but to spark conversations and remind our community that every life matters.
