On the new faces podcast we talked about training and how we approach it and see it with our clients. A small snippet from our interaction!

Just like basketball players trainers are also specialists!
We all know where we thrive and excel and as trainers and players we study other trainers and players and when seeing a client who comes to me for XYZ but he needs something extra that we can do but we know a specialist who trains specifically in that aspect and does great work I’ll encourage that client to attend his/her groups or tap in with them as well as us, If it benefits the athlete and gets them the reps and the time It’s for the better. It’s about the players best interest
As a trainer we work to improve every single day and be undeniable in our work that’s the goal, but as trainers we are a community just like hoopers, our mission is to support the athlete and be the best we can be for the player!

The New Faces Podcast started here in Scranton, but since then, they have relocated to Philadelphia! A lot has changed within the show, but the two have remained! Within this show, we discuss the obstacles we face as podcasters such as consistency, teamwork, equipment issues, and everything in between.
