Amber & Justin’s wedding day was a beautiful reflection of what matters most love, family, and the people who help shape our lives.

From the heartfelt moments honoring Justin’s loved ones who are no longer with us, to the joy of watching him dance with his godmother, every part of the day was filled with meaning and intention. It was evident that family is at the center of who they are, and the love and support surrounding them could be felt in every room.

One of my favorite things about this celebration was seeing how deeply rooted Amber and Justin are in showing up for one another and the people they love. Their wedding wasn’t just about two people getting married, it was about bringing generations of family and friends together to celebrate a love that is grounded, genuine, and unwavering.

Decor choices brides regret - and why❓

Most decor regrets aren’t about taste. They’re about pressure, timing, and decisions made too quickly.

• Choosing decor before choosing the space. When decor is picked first, it often ends up fighting the venue instead of working with it. Space should lead - decor should follow.

• Trying to include every idea. When everything feels meaningful, nothing stands out. Regret usually comes from not editing enough.

• Following trends that don’t feel personal. Trends age quickly. What lasts is decor that reflects the couple, not the algorithm.

• Underestimating scale and layout. Beautiful details can disappear in large spaces - or overwhelm intimate ones - if proportion isn’t considered.

The most confident decor decisions are made when someone helps you step back and see the whole picture😉

With just literal minutes before our wedding ceremony started, an unexpected storm rolled in with tornado sirens blaring which forced us to change our plans completely.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t heartbroken in the back, watching months of planning and preparation seem to unravel before my eyes. It felt like everything we had worked so hard for was slipping away. But through the chaos, something truly beautiful happened. My now husband Rafael, our wedding entourage and our incredible wedding vendors stepped in with calm hearts, quick thinking, and so much grace under pressure. They turned what felt like a disaster into something even more magical than we could have imagined. “Plan C” became the plan that brought us even closer together and we have them to thank for making our day unforgettable.

It may not have been the perfect outdoor garden wedding we envisioned but what truly mattered never changed. The love, the laughter, and the unwavering support from our family and friends carried us through. Your presence, hugs, and patience turned a weather surprise into a day we’ll forever cherish.

Our wedding may not have gone according to plan but it was perfect in all the ways that count. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
