POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A century of New York elegance, history, and timeless style.

I had the pleasure of celebrating the 100th anniversary kickoff of The Benjamin Royal Sonesta, an iconic Midtown Manhattan hotel originally opened in 1927 as the Hotel Beverly. The evening featured a penthouse cocktail party celebrating a legacy of sophisticated hospitality, architectural excellence, and the stories that have shaped New York City.

In collaboration with Robyn Roth-Moise and Untapped New York, the celebration honored the enduring legacy of renowned architect Emery Roth and his impact on the city's skyline.

Here's to 100 years of history and many more years of making memories in the city that never sleeps.

Cheers 🥂

Opa! ➡️🇬🇷❤️ Greece captured my heart and I will forever be saying yamas to the charismatic hospitality of the country. It was perfectly reflected with #hiltonforthestay first at Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa in Crete. A suite that embraced me as the warm waters washed over in harmonious fashion was followed by the incredible sights and sounds of the island. From visiting the oldest living trees on the planet to indulging in many grand culinary adventures, I left with a permanent ‘cheese’ in my photos. Then history was turned into modern day lavish fortune at the new Conrad Athens The Ilisian. Luxurious days at the sunny pool that blended with breathtaking moments at the Acropolis turned me into a goddess that is best friends with Athena. Thank you to all who made this a perfect moment in the memory books. @hiltonnewsroom @theknockturnal @hiltonchania @conradathenstheilisian @hilton @colleenhart2 @patrickmccoy88 @christopherpapakaliatis #sensiblesocialite #hilton #greece athe

New York Fashion Week twirled it up with dazzling looks and starry sightings.

Things kicked off with Citi hosting a runway dinner party hosted by Christian Siriano and chefs Michael and Bryan Voltaggio.Alice + Olivia was a wonderland filled with the likes of Paris Hilton, Nikki Glaser and Jessica Alba. QVC was another divine dinner with Nicole Miller and Coco Rocha while Macy’s had a panel with Tommy Hilfiger.

The 13th Annual Fashion Media Awards at Rainbow Room deserved all the sparkling kudos. Sightings galore at the stylish gala with the likes of Jordan Roth, Kai Schreiber, Naomi Watts, Twiggy, Jordyn Woods, Jenna Lyons, Chloe Malle, Bethann Hardison, Iman, Evan Rachel Wood, Zac Posen, Isaac Mizrahi, Karl-Anthony Towns and Law Roach. @theknockturnal @macys @fatimasall_ @kayleerdugan @ginarpetraglia @qvc @zenograms @citi @dailyfrontrow @newspixie @aliceandolivia @theledecompany @brandsway @csiriano #lawroach #christiansiriano #nyfw #aliceandolivia #sensiblesocialite

Adult Summer Camp Near NYC…

I had the best time at @clubgetaway in Kent, CT! I grew up loving outdoor activities and have forever been social, and this was such a fun way to combine adulthood and being a kid at heart.

Even if summer camp wasn’t part of your childhood, or if outdoor activities aren’t currently part of your life, there is something for everyone during this weekend away.

Some Details:

🚆 Two hour train ride from Grand Central NYC to the Harlem Vally Wingdale Station where shuttles pick you up.

🚗 Parking is available if you drive from anywhere.

🏠 Cabin size/occupancy vary, but there are multiple options if you want to be solo, with friends, a significant other, are traveling solo and want to be paired with friends, etc.

🚿 There is a full bath in each cabin that you share just with who is in your room. (they provide bath towels to use, but not a hair dryer)

🥂 A cheers package is available for purchase to cover all of your drinks for the weekend: beer, wine & liquor, top shelf spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, Pub Hike access, Bloody Mary Bingo, & Paint N’ Sip access. (you can also pay as you go too)

🛶 Activities vary in times and days, and some include a signup sheet like for a boat ride, trip to town, etc. You also don’t need experience for any of the activities…there is someone that can teach you!

🍴 There were a variety of options during meals that included gluten free and vegan. There were sit down and buffet style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

🪩 They have themed happy hours and events that vary per weekend, so make sure you check your schedule to be prepared!

🥾👙 You are in the woods and near a lake, so athleisure wear, comfortable shoes, bathing suit, flip flops, beach towel, bug spray, sunscreen, etc are key.

A couple of things happened yesterday. While celebrating the arrival of the US Open to NYC, The Benjamin Royal Sonesta hosted a fun ice cream party. Elena Rybakina (currently the world’s #2 ranked player), Flavio Cobolli (directly from his win earlier that night against Serena Williams and Carlos Alcaraz in doubles), Karen Khachanov and Matteo Arnaldi made everyone sundaes. How often do you get a dessert custom made for you by a tennis super star? They called it The Pros Serve. It was cute and overall had great energy.

The other thing that happened was that the legendary Dolly Parton passed away. I am not much for celeb culture, I don't elevate a person simply because of fame. But Dolly deserves collective mourning. She was a person who championed children, providing millions of books for kids; championed vaccine uptake, famously changing the words of Jolene to Vaccine in 2021; cared about migrant workers with her song Deportee on her album 9 to 5; stood up for gay rights, and of course cared deeply about the working person.

At the tennis event, there was a wannabe model, who came as someone's plus one, who hit myself and another guest on the heads whilst calling us "old ladies". I think you're either a good person or not, and unfortunately lately too many unkind people are rising.

We should all take a page out of Dolly's example and champion kindness to others. Enjoy the #USOpen everyone!
