PALM SPRINGS TRACK CLUB - WEEK NO. 3! Okay, that one was tough. I was sweating, and I didn't even run! Interval training in 89⁰ temps is no joke, but this hard work is preparing them for what's to come - the 2026 PS Turkey Trot 5k.

3 weeks in, and they're already feeling like better, faster, stronger, more confident runners. The missing piece is the efficiency. That takes time and comes once we build & improve their running conditioning. Today was another step in that direction.

Lots of valuable information learned by all. If you're inspired by watching these athletes (age range from 10 to 90 - not a typo), and are ready to join us for a drop-in any Sunday between now & Thanksgiving, DM me. This community-based running & interval training track class is open to the general public of all levels & experience.

Outstanding work today, PSTC. Get your rest/recovery today, and let's do it all over again next week!

PALM SPRINGS TRACK CLUB - WEEK NO. 2! Time Trial Day for the team. I asked for their predictions, or what ideal time they would love to see, and nearly everyone bettered their times...some by 2+ minutes.

Special welcome to today's newcomers. We'll be back on the track next week as we continue to prepare to run our best 5k time at the Palm Springs Turkey Trot.

Join us anytime. Single day drop-ins are ALWAYS available for only $20. Train alongside other fun & supportive community members trying their best to become better, faster, stronger, more efficient, and confident runners in 10 weeks.

Please share, repost, or save this reel to help push the algo & help get the word out about PSTC. Have a great week!
