The #HSRunner update, August 1st is around the corner! I’ll be running the Pines to Vines 55k for my first ultra and I can’t be more excited. Updates will be posted through the whole run and I can’t wait to share that journey with you. Want to give a shout out to my fellow HS runner @nexplorer0000 out there showing we can still do what we love! If you run and dont follow @amglaze @eatplantsmoveoften @maddy_runs @raverunner_1 @mattjohnson__ or @danlamorte you really should . . #PinesToVines55k #movementismedicine #hsconnect #Hstruth . . Also I have nothing to do with the organization putting together the pines to vines 55k but look at @rf.events if you’re trying to run an ultra or race in Michigan Love you all!💜

🎉✨ WE HAVE WINNERS!!! ✨🎉 This one hits different… because this giveaway wasn’t just about products, it was about community, healing, and showing up for each other 🤍 To my TWO HS warriors who won the HS Flare Care Kits 🫶🏽 Congratulations, loves! You are seen, supported, and so deserving of this care 💜 @idatrupe @nexplorer0000 This giveaway reminded me why I do what I do… Because HS can feel lonely. Because so many of us suffer in silence. Because finding community can change everything. From my heart to yours 💜 this Flare Care kit is more than just products. It’s love. It’s understanding. It’s a reminder that you are not alone in this fight. Thank you to every single warrior who entered, tagged, shared, and supported. This community continues to grow because of YOU 🫂 And don’t worry… this is just the beginning 👀✨ More giveaways. More awareness. More love. 💜 Congratulations to my winners 💜 Thank you @hsconnectorg for helping me pour back into the community 💜 And to every warrior watching, I see you, I get you, and I got you #hidradenitissuppurativa #hidradenitissuppurativaawareness #hidradenitissuppurativawarrior #hswarrior #hsadvocate
