Typhoon outside, training inside. 🌪️🏀

Running was off, so we switched it up — mobility, strength, plyos, jumps, basketball and a bit of fun.

Not every session has to look the same.
Just keep moving, keep working, and enjoy the process.

No excuses. Just a different game plan.

📍 @meatbar
Ha-Sadna'ot St 4, Herzliya

The patties are made with 100% fresh beef, ground in-house and grilled to that perfect medium doneness. Juicy, flavourful, and packed with meaty goodness. The buns are soft, the toppings are generous, and every bite is messy in the best way possible.

The only thing you'll regret is not ordering two.

🏀 Next Basketball Training – Tuesday | 4:30 PM

Ready for another great session?

We’ll keep building your ball handling, passing, footwork, speed, coordination, and game IQ through challenging drills and competitive games.

And, as always, we’ll finish with Ball Tag—our favorite way to end practice. It may look like just a game, but it sharpens decision-making, movement without the ball, communication, and reactions while letting everyone leave the court smiling.

📅 Tuesday
🕟 4:30 PM

See you on the court! Let’s get better together. 🔥

Basketball is more than shooting and scoring.
It’s movement, timing, decision-making, discipline, and trust in your body.
That’s what we build every time we step on the court.
