Big win of the week was TODAY. 💪

Rough ass morning to start. Thought my day was done. Put me in a shit mood and honestly, it really hit me.

BUT… final homeowners of the day were so damn thankful for us and basically paid the bill in full. 🙏

I walked away forgetting about all the bullshit from earlier today, knowing WE WON.

And honestly… I won today too.

No looking back. No dwelling on what went wrong. We get up, we grind, we hustle, and we keep fucking moving. 💪🔥

One day. One job. One win at a time.

Homeowner called at 9pm and said he had an active leak, SF already came out and approved everything a week ago. We did our best to mitigate further damage and made sure @michaeljv88 got pushed up on the schedule!

The journey to $1,000,000 in just 205 days. #nextgendifference

I had very little training prior to walking into that meeting room. I hardly knew anything about the insurance process and just enough about roofing systems to have a conversation. But from day one I knew I could succeed here. Culture breeds growth. Less than 7 months later I officially cross the 7 figure mark in rev between two markets I’ve worked. Can’t thank this team enough 💚💜

Out here busting down in Maple Heights, battling the bees 🐝😂

This house is SWARMED, but that doesn’t mean we quit. The crew is still out here putting in work and hustling on that roof. 💪

That’s the difference.

Grind. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

Roofing ain’t always pretty. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s crazy, sometimes you’re literally battling bees 😂 — but the ones who want it find a way to get it done.

It’s a hustle some people still trying to learn.

We’re out here living it. 💚💜

NextGen Restoration — We don’t just show up. We make the difference.
