the wedding files, part 1 💍✨

Before I show you the big moments, we have to talk about the little ones.

Every tiny detail we spent months choosing, planning and obsessing over… somehow came together to create something even more beautiful than I imagined. 🥹

Starting here because these little pieces deserve their moment too. 🤍

Celebrated 250 years of independence from England by paying an Englishman to sing to us for 3 hours. Kinda ironic, but we’re doing great guys. 🇺🇸🇬🇧

@teddysphotos at Empower Field though — no notes.

Same bodyweight. Completely different physique.

This is what happens when you stop chasing fat loss and start focusing on building a better body.

Over the last 2 years, we’ve:

✔️ Completed multiple muscle-building phases
✔️ Dieted only FOUR times
✔️ Built strength consistently
✔️ Completed two half marathons
✔️ Kept flexibility at weekends
✔️ Focused on performance, not perfection

And despite weighing virtually the same…

She now has:

→ more muscle
→ less body fat
→ better shape
→ better performance
→ more confidence

The biggest mistake I see women make?

Trying to stay in a calorie deficit forever.

They spend years trying to get smaller while never giving their body the opportunity to build muscle.

The result?

Skinny-fat.
Stuck.
Frustrated.
Constantly dieting.

Instead, we spent the majority of the last two years doing the opposite.

Eating enough.
Training hard.
Recovering properly.
Building muscle.

Because muscle changes everything.

It improves your shape.
It improves your metabolism.
It improves your performance.
And it makes future fat loss phases dramatically more effective.

This isn’t the result of a perfect 12-week challenge.

It’s the result of patience, consistency and a long-term plan.

And in my opinion…

That’s a far more impressive transformation.

1 YEAR = SAME SCALE WEIGHT 💥

Completely different physique.

This is what strategic phases look like when done properly 👇

Nikki didn’t chase constant fat loss.
She committed to a long-term process.

Phase 1:
12 week fat loss phase → prepping for her first ever photoshoot
Learning structure, consistency, and what her body responds to.

Phase 2:
Reverse diet → restoring calories, metabolism, hormones, and performance
(This is where most people panic and quit. We didn’t.)

Phase 3:
Extended maintenance + multiple growth phases
Building lean muscle, strength, and resilience
Eating more, training harder, and looking better over time.

And now?
She’s finishing her final big growth phase at the same bodyweight she started coaching with me — but with:
• More muscle
• Better shape
• Improved body composition
• A physique that responds quickly and predictably

Next up ➡️ a mini cut for her bachelorette getaway and wedding this year 🥂✨
Because when the foundation is built, fat loss becomes easy and intentional — not reactive.

This is the difference between:
❌ “Always dieting”
✅ Periodised coaching with a long-term plan

So proud of you, Nikki 🤍
And so excited for what’s coming next.
