🍂 Cold Spring, NY - SAVE THIS FOR YOUR NEXT FALL DAY TRIP! 🍁☕️

A charming Main Street, curated vintage finds, cozy coffee shops, custom candle-making, delicious food, and Hudson River views… welcome to Cold Spring, NY! 🛍️✨

If you’re looking for the perfect fall afternoon escape from NYC, add this little Hudson Valley town to your list. Here’s everywhere we stopped along the way:

☕️ @roznewyork — Kicked things off with our Women Who Brunch coffee meetup (and yes, get the cardamom bun!).

🎨 @suppliesforcreativeliving — Browsed art supplies, here they celebrate independent art and creativity.

👗 @damnagedvintage — A thoughtfully curated collection of vintage clothing spanning the 1920s through the 1990s.

🕯️ @mundane_newyork — A family-owned candle and custom scent bar where you can create your own candle, diffuser, or room spray.
+ new kids clothing line @mundane_minis

🍚 @luckycatskills — Stopped for lunch and ordered the three-cup chicken rice bowl.

🥐 @angiebakeshop — Checked out the new location and grabbed coffee and treats to go. Get the scones or cookies!

🍬 @sweet_tambourine — Popped into this sweet little candy shop before catching a glimpse of the Hudson River. 🌊

One of my favorite things about Cold Spring is its so easy to get to by car or train, making it the perfect destination for a spontaneous day trip filled with local shopping, great food, and small-town charm.

📌 SAVE this itinerary for your next fall adventure, and send it to the friend you’d spend the day exploring with!

🎃The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze (@pumpkinblaze) is BACK!

If you’re looking for a seriously magical fall night in the Hudson Valley, the Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze is happening NOW through November 8 in Croton-on-Hudson — and there are some exciting new things to see this year!

✨ NEW for 2026:
🎬 Creature Feature Forest — a brand-new section inspired by Van Cortlandt Manor’s mid-20th-century history as a drive-in movie theater, featuring pumpkin versions of classic movie monsters like Frankenstein.

📖 The Big Book of Fables — watch beloved storybook characters come to life in pumpkin form.

🎶 Pumpkin Dance Party — end your Blaze adventure with a whole crew of pumpkin pals dancing it out!

And of course, you’ll still find the things that make Blaze such a Hudson Valley fall tradition:

🎃 7,000+ illuminated jack-o’-lanterns, all designed and hand-carved on site by a team of artisans
🦖 Larger-than-life dinosaurs
🌌 The Pumpkin Planetarium
🎠 A working carousel
👻 Headless Horseman’s Hideaway — with spooky drinks, German-inspired bites and visits from the Headless Horseman himself
🍺 Gourd & Goblet Tavern — an 18th-century brick tavern experience with drinks, snacks, sweets and table service
🍁 Fall treats, snacks and drinks
🛍️ The Blaze Boo-tique for seasonal souvenirs

📍 The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze
Van Cortlandt Manor
525 S. Riverside Ave., Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520

📅 Now through November 8, 2026
🎟️ Advance tickets are REQUIRED — tickets are not sold on site. Timed-entry tickets start at $24, with VIP options available for the Gourd & Goblet Tavern and Headless Horseman’s Hideaway.

It’s an outdoor, approximately ½-mile walking experience, so wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather! 🍂

📌Save this for your fall bucket list and grab your tickets before you go! 🎃✨
