🎆 Happy 250th, America!! Today I’m re-introducing myself.

For 20+ years, I was one of the most sought-after human performance and Pilates experts in the world — training elite athletes, performers, and high-stakes executives to push past their limits without injury or burnout.

Along my way, I noticed something undeniable: the body runs on universal laws, as real as gravity. Honor them, and you thrive. Ignore them, and you hit walls — stalled results, illness, resistance.

Today I’m launching Your Vitality Reimagined™ — built at the intersection of moving, breathing, and energy work. A body-led, heart-directed program designed to expand your capacity for energy, clarity, and light.

There’s something fitting about launching this on America’s 250th birthday. Real freedom was never just independence from something — it’s the freedom to become something more. That’s exactly what this work is about: learning to trust your body again, and staying in that conversation for life.

The Founding Cohort is open now. Click the link in my bio for full details and to sign up. DM with questions, comments or your favorite smoothie recipe! 😍😋

Here’s to all of us!! 🎆

🫩 Feeling burnt out but still pushing? Here’s why high achievers often hit a wall—and the simple fix you probably ignore. Drop a 🔥 if you’ve ever felt disconnected despite being productive. Most of us make decisions based on pressure and expectations, not what we’re truly capable of. ➡️ Our nervous system keeps score—pushing us to grow without giving us time to recover. When we ignore those signals, burnout is inevitable. But what if success could be sustainable? It starts with listening to your body and asking four quick questions before jumping into action:
1.) Do I have the capacity right now?
2.)Does this action make me feel coherent or scattered?
3.) Will I recover afterward?
4.) Am I moving toward something meaningful or just avoiding discomfort?

This simple system, called Somatic Orientation for Success, helps your body and mind stay in sync so you can grow without sacrificing your well-being. Want to try it? ….Practice these questions a few times a day and see how much smoother it all feels🧐😳🤓🥳. #selfcare #HighPerformance #MindBodyBalance #sustainablesuccess

✨ Wellness Wednesday: Birch Essential Oil ✨

Inner strength doesn’t always look like pushing through or doing it all alone.
Sometimes, it looks like softening, asking for help, and allowing yourself to be supported. 🙏🏽

Birch reminds us that true strength isn’t lost when we lean on others —
it’s expanded.🙌🏽

Physically, Birch is known for its comforting and supportive properties, especially for tired muscles and joints. It doesn’t force the body to ‘power through’ — it supports recovery, reminding us that healing happens when we allow support.

If you’ve been carrying more than your share lately, let this be your permission slip to pause, breathe, and receive. You don’t have to hold it all by yourself.

🌱 Affirmation:
“I honor my inner strength, and I allow support to strengthen me.”

Birch reminds us that:
🌿 You can be strong and supported
🌿 You can lead and lean
🌿 You don’t have to carry it all by yourself

To all my Emotion Warriors — strength and softness can exist together.
Happy Wellness Wednesday 🩶

✨ NEW Podcast Drop🎙️

The Body Remembers Ep 6: SOMATIC ORIENTATION

Somatic orientation is how I manage my ADHD.
It’s also how I’ve stayed grounded in long-term sobriety.

Not by forcing focus.
Not by overriding my nervous system.
But by learning to listen to my body—daily.

I’ve learned to ask one essential question:
Do I need integration… or expansion?

Some days my body needs grounding, repair, and regulation.
Other days it’s ready for growth, challenge, and output.
Knowing the difference has changed everything.

In this conversation, I talk about how body awareness—supported by modern technology—helps us understand our emotional state, sleep quality, heart rate variability, and overall vitality.

This isn’t about optimization.
It’s about sustainability.

✨ Key reminders:
• Awareness and regulation rewire the brain
• Internal perception shapes external experience
• Emotional stability supports hormonal balance
• Integration + expansion are both essential
• HRV reflects adaptability and resilience
• Self-care is a discipline, not a luxury
• Listening to the body is a practice of growth

When we take care of ourselves,
we show up better for everyone else.

Your body is already giving you the data.
The question is—are you listening?

Why I created The Body Remembers 💫

24 years ago, I drank myself to death.
My heart stopped.

When I woke up, everything I’d used to escape was gone —
except me.
My body.
My breath.
And an awareness that something inside still wanted to live.

That moment became The Body Remembers.
A practice of listening to the wisdom stored in the body —
not just the pain, but the power to heal.

This isn’t just my story.
It’s human.
Your body knows the way home too.

⸻

Episode 3: POWER ⚡️

Power isn’t force.
It’s flow.
It’s where your energy goes,
what drains you,
and what fills you.

Awareness + regulation = true power.
You’re already wired for it.

Because real power isn’t doing more —
it’s directing your energy differently.
