Everyone sees the pen hit the paper. Nobody sees the late nights, the pivots, the calls, the drafts, and the trust that had to be built first.
The contract is just the receipt. The work is the real currency.

Want to play as a true freshman? Most guys think talent is enough. It’s not.

Here’s what it actually takes:

1️⃣ Know the playbook in full, no hesitation
2️⃣ Be big, strong, and fast enough for THAT level, right now
3️⃣ Handle the pressure, the spotlight on young players has never been bigger
4️⃣ Be coachable, every single rep

If you’re missing one of these, that’s your work order.

The tight end position has changed so much in the last 20 years but the pay does not reflect the value created from it. Tight ends are crucial to any successful offense. Here are some facts why.

Being an NFL agent is not all how HBO depicts it like in Ballers.
Jet, bottle service.
Most of the job is pressure, problems, and protecting players from things they never see.
It’s late calls with teams, early texts from families, and fighting over one sentence in a contract that could cost a player millions.
AI can write an email.
It can’t sit in a living room and earn a family’s trust.
When you choose an agent, you’re not just choosing a dealmaker.
You’re choosing the person you trust with your career, your money, and your name.
Save this and send it to the teammate who thinks this job is all highlights.

The federal government just wrote a job description for NIL agents but it still won’t say whether athletes are employees. Here’s what that gap means for every deal getting signed right now.

Here are a couple reasons 👇🏽

• UNC alum
• Former New Orleans Saint
• JB Sports
• Coached at North Texas
• Coached at Michigan State
• Helped multiple players reach the NFL
I’m not just your agent — I’m your advocate.

There is not a lot of people in life that really want to genuinely see you succeed more than themselves. Make sure you have a team full of people that do.

The Big Ten just paid out $1.37 billion to 18 schools.
Ohio State: $91M. Average school: $76M. The NCAA didn’t pay a dime of it , the conference made that money themselves.
And every school is now required to share up to $20.5M a year directly with athletes. That number hits $33M by 2035.
The school has lawyers. The coach has agents. The commissioner makes $4.5M a year.
Who’s negotiating for you?
40 years getting athletes what they’re worth. The scholarship isn’t the offer, it’s the floor.
